Outstanding and Understanding support
I had to make a claim following an accident in France last year when a German motor-cyclist drove into the back of our camper van, damaging it, destroying the bike carrier and seriously breaking two electric cycles. Our motor-van insurance didn't want to know. Assetsure were straight on the case - communicating from our initial call by phone and email to update us on what they needed and how they could help at all stages. With the international element it was all a bit complicated, but again we've been supported throughout and, as the process was long-winded and we hadn't needed to make use of replacement hire-bikes (thanks to a great mechanic in France), we were even given full refund on a new carrier - not in fact listed as a covered accessory. So, superb service, for which we are extremely grateful and cannot make too high a recommendation.

They weren’t accommodating for my situation and have their policy worded for their favour. I’ve have lost out big time. I’m so worried now that I read everything twice and ask chat GPT for clarification and the company.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel that way, but we believe we have been accommodating in settling your claim. You asked us to settle it in a certain way, which we did.
When settling claims, we follow our policy wording which was provided to you immediately you purchased cover from us. The policy clearly states how claims are dealt with. We also gave a 30-day cooling off period if you wanted your money back after studying the policy.
I noticed that you have used AI to help you. AI should also tell you that the way we dealt with your claim is common within the insurance industry.
