This company is absolutely amazing!!! Ive had my bike insurance approx 4y now. And this is the second time it was stollen, from a locked shed!! Again i cannot thank them enough! Less then 2 weeks later i was paid out! From submitting the claim with ease to speaking to the most polite and lovely advisors. It made a very stressful situation so much more easier to handle especially as i was starting a new job! Honestly i wouldnt want anyone else to insure me ever!! I feel genuinely looked after by asset assure, i cant recommend them enough! I have had the most efficient and straightforward experience with the Claims Department following the loss of a much treasured item of jewellery. The service to follow when reporting a loss and then subsequent experience of liaising and providing all relevant information/paperwork was simple and the speed of service was second to none. I was particularly impressed as the loss happened just before I left the country to go on holiday. The settlement of the claim has been above and beyond and I am also incredibly lucky that my jeweller was so speedy at liaising with both myself and Assetsure Claims Department whilst I have been out of the country. I would like to mention both Calvin, the senior claims handler, and Ellie Kyle who have both liaised with me regularly and kept me fully updated at every step of the way. The excellent service I have received have helped me deal with the loss of a very sentimental item and made my return to the UK post holiday not so blue.

On requesting a detailed insurance quotation for two set of count mounted medals having a completed valuation, Assetsure kindly responded to my email the following day . I was telephoned and explained the procedure having provided the valuation documentation from Noonans and providing photographs of the medal collection . A quick and customer focused service provided by the Assestsure team in achieving the medal set were insured from the moment on an annual basis. Very pleased with the competitive policy value and good service . Highly recommended.
