My thanks to Jai and all those concern for the “stitching” brickwork of the rear of my house.
The result of this work appears to be expected as ordered.
I would like to note that Lee and Jack made the work in my house so easy for me – as a pensioner and stroke-survivor this was much appreciated. The work started each day by 08.00 am: with all the tools and equipment ready and available; confirmation that has to be done at the start; all debris was cleaned and removed straight away; the flagstones washed over each day; the large bedroom’s radiator was removed, with no wet carpets; adequate dust-covers were use indoors; the bedroom used was thoroughly vaccumed at the end.
Having a variety of contractors in my house over the years, I was delighted by the professional way ASRS did this work, and would have no issue to recommend this company. I am happy for this recommendation to used as required.

I was very lucky to find ASRS. I had an unfavourable survey on my property. I hired a structural engineer to assess it and they made a few recommendations. I had no idea who to go to for help. But the whole team at ASRS were superb. From Tess who took my calls and replied by return on email , to Jake and Jai for their specifications and estimating. Garry the surveyor was outstanding and Mike the foreman's workmanship was fantastic. So tidy and neat, almost invisible. They were fast, prompt and were able to help me very quickly. It wasn't cheap but I dont think these kind of repairs are, for anyone unlucky enough to need them. But it took away so much anxiety at an incredibly stressful time. The only slight blip was that one repair didn't match very well with the original stonework so I had to go to a bit extra to get this sorted. Whilst that was a little frustrating, there was no guarantee of a perfect match. All in all for someone like me who knows nothing about structural repairs I would definitely recommend this company.

I got three estimates for some Helifix work for cracks in two walls near a chimney breast. Gary the surveyor impressed me by his range of experience, and although not the cheapest quote, I was reassured by the detailed plans for the work, as well as the 10 year guarantee. The work was done in two days, with minimal mess, and the quality of the filling and finishing off was very good. All that was needed was a slight sanding and a lick of paint.

ASRS were responsive to communications, quick to arrange a survey, gave us a very competitive price and carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They fitted helibars into our property (as large cracks had formed due to lateral movement), and then re-mortared the brickwork. The two builders who carried out the work (Lee and Lewis) were very polite, explained what they were doing and did the mortaring to an extremely high standard - we could barely see where the cracks had been. The work was only completed this spring so we can't comment on the durability yet, but we have taken out the additional 10 year Helifix warranty for peace of mind.

Avoid this company!, Apalling customer Service. After making an investment of many thousands of pounds, the install failed after 12 months. The work should be guaranteed for longer but you have to "pay" to cover for a guarantee for over 12 months! for structural work! A surveyor advised that the installation was incorrectly carried out and asrs are not interested after giving me the run around for 4 months. In my opinion their are far more reputable companies that can carry out this work.
