This facility was recommended when I set up my company in Singapore. As a business payment facility they are useless. I paid money in from a UK bank, took one minute. I then wanted to transfer money out to the same bank, it will take 5 days.
I need to pay suppliers but it takes about a week and a mountain of requests, all of which have nothing to do with the original transaction. They will accept money but paying it out is beyond difficult. Why they need to know every aspect of my business is beyond me, its mote like commercial espionage than a simple payment facility.

I love the ease of setting up a new currency account and the great conversion rates that we are getting, much better than the rates that traditional banks are offering so this makes it a no-brainer as we are getting paid in UK Pounds every month. TechKinetic being a new and small firm, we need all the savings we can get and Aspire has helped us tremendously with that.

Had an unauthorized charge on my card (card was not even on the platform I transacted with) and the Aspire team were not able to do anything about it, except push the responsibility to VISA. When I provided extra evidence, they did not seem to upload to the VISA team, and now the dispute results are not in my favour. When calling about fraudulent transaction, I was routed to AI many times.

What can be improved:
1. clarity of the application process for organisations like registered society. This type of organisation doesn't appear in the drop down menu and it was confusing how to go about opening an account.
2. It will be helpful to have correct definitions of the roles and responsibilities of officers in registered societies on the account dashboard.
