ASM Auto Recycling Ltd. Anmeldelser

We have been trying to get our car collected from ASM. Today both Phillipa (office administrator) and Jordan (laury driver) made the process very easy. Phillipa understood the urgency of the situation and made it happen within our possibilities in terms of time. Jordan was amazing when collecting the car, helping me to move it and nothing was too much of a trouble.
Everything went smoothly and swiftly thanks to both of them.

Dealt with Richard. Car collected promptly no hassle. Paid following day by bacs. Very professional service no hidden clauses straight forward. Highly recommended.

Thanks ASM. Very efficient and effective service disposing of my old car. Great communication and instructions of the process. Friendly driver, turned up on time to remove the car and completed the V5 paperwork. Money paid via bank transfer next working day.

The whole process from my initial enquiry right through to the collection of the car was straightforward and easy to follow. ASM offered a fair price and issued clear and comprehensive documentation to conclude the sale. Importantly, each member of the ASM team was helpful and friendly throughout. 10/10

Was recommended this company on a video on YouTube

Very good communication
Professional service
Great company to deal with

Thieves sold car not as described now using fancy words to compensate using third party , do not buy from them

Very professional, polite, courteous, prompt and paid a good, fair price for my scrap car. Excellent communications. J*****, who collected the car, obviously loves his job! I recommend them unhesitatingly.

Great company, great service, prompt payment, everything from communication to the collection of the car was top notch, would highly recommend!!

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while and as I promised to do so, I feel obliged. Middle of February I arrange the scrapping of a car, for a family member. Bit daunting as I had never done anything like this before. The whole process worked seamlessly, from registering my wish to do business and the resulting offer from ASM, to the collection and subsequent payment into the bank, the day following collection. First class customer service throughout from the ladies in the office and Jim who collected the vehicle.

Tracey was super helpful and very patient when I was trying to help a friend, who speaks hardly any English, to book in to be collected for recycling. Her advice and knowledge were 10/10. Thank you !!! Highly recommend!! Outstanding customer service!!

These guys are so professional. I ordered a part which turned out to be incorrect. My fault entirely. I requested a return which was dealt with incredibly quickly and my money returned. Would highly recommend this company.

Very professional from start to finish. Best price, great communications, guy who picked the car up was friendly and arrived on time. Payment was very quick. I really can't fault ASM. A+

My old panda finally gave up on the roadside just off a round about in a difficult spot - called a few recovery places and non where interested in picking it up - and tbh where pretty cold on the phone.
I ended up on the phone to these guys and what a difference - spoke to an absolute gentleman, lovely bloke - I immediately felt great by just speaking to him lol.
Arranged the pickup - gave me a call when they were on their way so I could meet them, small world but I recognized the driver and had a lovely catch up on the side of the road - took the car no problems and sorted out all the paper work.
This company is a dream come true when your in a pickle.
I would recommend this company all day long - feels like your chatting to your cool uncle on the phone who actually cares about solving your problem.
Incredible service.

Excellent service again from a company I’ve used on a couple of occasions now. Clear, helpful system - efficient and friendly driver. Highly recommmend.

What incredible service, such helpful respectful staff. Top quality used parts delivered so speedily, excellent packaging ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. So easy to contact sales department and talk over what I needed. I can’t recommend ASM highly enough. One very satisfied customer who will return again without hesitation.
