Philip was great!
Philip was able to get some discounts on my bill but my bill is now higher with Optimum but that is not his fault, Optimum is a rip off to Brookhaven Town and I will be dropping them very soon. Philip was great but even their so called discounts are not discounts. You guys are great, keep up the good work!

Helped me save some money on my Internet bill. My bill is 55.00, but with the help of trim, I'm only paying 35.00 on my next bill. Anything these days helps. Thanks!

My impression of the service so far is that it is decent. I haven’t had a monumental experience compared to other surfaces that do the similar thing so overall it’s OK.

Trim is incredible! Saved me $80/ month within hours of signing up
I have used Trim to help with 3 bills/subscriptions and this is how they turned out:
1. Negotiate my Spectrum internet bill - Trim was able to reduce my bill by 30% WITHOUT losing any features or changing my service in any way.
2. Cancel my Peacock Subscription- I had been trying to cancel this subscription for months but every time I contacted them they said they were unable to find my account in the system. It turns out that I signed up through a third party and trim was able to help me figure out how I could cancel it. While they were not able to cancel the subscription for me this was still a huge win and they gave me step-by-step instructions which made canceling it so easy!
3. Negotiate Verizon mobile bill - Trim was able to Negotiate a $360 reduction in my plan over the next 12 months (lowered my bill by $30/month). I did not have to change any plans or services.
All 3 were handled by different agents and all 3 were very successful negotiations. These agents were thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough!
I will be recommending One Main Financial to my friends and family so they can take advantage of the Trim membership!

The process was extremely difficult and stressful. I was never given an option for time, just told to be available… always during my busiest time at work then made to feel guilty for missing the call.
