Dear reader, if you are weighing up whether to take the plunge and spend a not inconsiderable sum of money on an AskOkey garment, I implore you to have faith, put your doubt to one side, and trust their process. This is money well-spent. I ordered a Fox Bros charcoal grey flannel single-breasted suit which I received last week and it is a better fit than MTM suits I have bought from mainstream Jermyn Street/Savile Row tailors. It is extremely comfortable. Okey's old-school, traditional drape cut is a marvel which cannot be found elsewhere at this price point. This is the best suit I have ever owned, and the only example of a traditionally-tailored true drape cut that I have found after years and years of searching. Even mainstream central London tailors that promise 'high rise' trousers and 'generous cuts' come nowhere close to what Okey offers. Wearing this suit, one understands immediately what suits are meant to look and feel like and the inadequacy of all of my other tailored suits has become immediately clear.

The AI measuring tool is extremely (and surprisingly) accurate, their staff are extremely responsive (and helpful should one want to discuss customisation options), the delivery time is quick, the fit, comfort, and quality of the product is second to none. This is the definitive MTM tailoring experience. You are offered customisation options (lapel width, trouser width, rise, break, etc) that offer genuine scope for customisation - not just minor adjustments that barely differ from the standard block, which in my experience is what mainstram tailors offer at the MTM level.

I practically never leave reviews for online purchases - I felt compelled to in this instance because of how surprised and impressed I am by Okey's oustanding product and service. Never did I think that an AI measuring tool could produce a suit which fits perfectly and is cut like it is from the 1930s. An outstanding company which I cannot recommend more highly. This is the future of tailoring.

I've done both BESPOKE (2 suits) and MTM (2 more suits) with AskOkey, and my latest result, is an MTM suit that looks bespoke. I almost feel sort of guilty, like I'm underpaying them. They've also talked to me over the past two years 5x as much as any other tailor I've dealt with. I went with the made to measure option. Which uses the AI tool to get your measurements. I was skeptical at how the AI would properly get my measurements. But now that I’ve received the suit, I can say there is nothing I needed to alter or change! The AI tool did a perfect job, very impressive.

More about the suit. The fabric feels high quality, the structure of the suit is immaculate. It is by far the most comfortable suit I’ve owned (I’ve had other suits made in the past). This has now become my favorite piece. I also purchased a pair of suspenders, which are also very nice.

Overall I’m extremely pleased with my purchase, and will definitely be a repeat consumer. Honestly if I had the money I’d completely renew my wardrobe with AskOkey products.

I was among their first MTM costumers and have received one pair of trousers and six pairs of socks so far, with another pair of trousers and a jacket currently being worked on. What stands out the most to me is the excellent costumer service, unlike anything I've seen in the industry myself. Very quick, very reliable, very patient and efficient, great advice and availability. Coming to an agreement regarding costum options, beyond what's visible on the official website, is also a super comfortable experience. They're open and transparent concerning recommendations, be it on the official costumer chat or public spaces like their Discord server. My garments from them are made of very high quality materials, finished in a carefully professional way, all during the usual MTM time frame. Pricing, however, has not just been reasonable but unusually good compared to other tailors in the industry. Their MTM line in particular is offering incredible value at a very competitive price, without sacrificing on the level of production quality in any manner. Certainly recommendable from me if you are searching for classic full cut tailoring. In that field they truly have zero competition in my eyes.

AskOkey is very accommodating and it’s clear how committed they are to the customer experience and their product. My only small hiccup was a slightly missed delivery estimate window, but it wasn’t by much and there were other issues beyond their control contributing to the delay. I expect to purchase from them again in the future.

An excellent Made To Measure line from them that looks like no other. Pre ordered mine for my wedding and was pleasantly surprised when i received it. It needed adjustments to the sleeves, which AskOkey paid for in full, but after that it couldn’t have been better. A truly regal and beautiful look, perfect for my wedding. The team are all supportive and excellent to talk to, Absolutely the best customer service from anything I’ve ever had really. All around top tier stuff.

First order was a pair of white braces/suspenders. They are the best quality I have ever worn and the shipping was fast and the communication was amazing! In fact they even followed up with me after to ensure everything was good and to receive feedback!
