Great value, prompt delivery, good customer service
Glass dining table was as described and pictured. For the price, The "Walnut Effect" base looks really good and I was surprised at how sturdy it all is once the top was put on the base. I'd recommend buying from this company!

Great product and people
Customer service was polite and timely. Their products are really good- I ordered a bedside table which I then didn’t need anymore so I interacted with customer service about returning it.
They are a small company so their customer service is personal; not ‘automated’ like Amazon.
It’s nice to deal with people, not robots.

I'm terribly sorry about the delay. I am following this up for you as mentioned in my email. Unfortunately this happens sometimes with our logistics planning where it doesn't make sense to send out a truck to certain postcodes with only a few orders.
This isn't your problem but it is a reality for us.

Great experience buying a coffee table…
Great experience buying a coffee table from this company. Was hesitant at first because there was very little info on the company and one only photo of the table. Quick delivery and friendly delivery driver! Table is stunning.

IF YOU ARE NOT UK MAINLAND FORGET IT
I was looking for a butterfly table, I have limited space for a table and chairs - this company had what I was looing for. I ordered it, and recieved cconfirmation that it would be delivered within 7-10 days. In time for Christmas. The next day I recieved a voicemail that I could actually have it delivered that day. Followed by a phone call explaining that because I live on the Isle of Wight, I could not have the table. At all. I have alrady promised my table and chairs to someone in anticipation of recieving this dining set. So now I have to either go back on my word, or we have to eat our Christmas dinner off our laps.

Firstly, I'm so sorry you've had this experience. I can imagine how frustrating it must be to expect a delivery and have your hopes dashed like this. It must also be very embarrassing to have to go back on your word to someone you care about.
Not an excuse, but an explanation, our delivery policy is clear about only delivering within the UK mainland. I have rectified the error on our website which allowed anyone from some of the islands surrounding the UK Mainland to order off our site. The inability to deliver to the Isle of Wight should've been made clear to you when placing your order. This is now fixed.
Regarding the phone call confirming a delivery that very day is odd, since a delivery can't be confirmed without verifying the address first. In any case, I've spoken with our logistics team to ensure this does not happen again.
Once again, I'm so sorry for the trouble this has caused and I hope you and your family get sorted and have a lovely Christmas break.

Lovely experience despite a Few hiccups initially getting delivery sorted . friendly people made dealing with them very easy and pleasant. Bed exactly as described on the website. Very pleased with purchase and worth the wait.
