I needed support from the legal team and their service was excellent. In particular Shannon who was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. Efficient Fast Friendly Service
We instructed A Shade Green regarding a deed of variation on a lease required by our buyers lender. They handled the matter very efficiently and speedy. The service we received was impeccable and we are very happy at the way the matter was dealt with. Landlord view
I'm a landlord with a BTL property that had solar panels installed by this company before I purchased. Dealing with them and helping tenants deal with them has been really easy. Their responses are timely and clear. Be aware that they don't install pigeon-proofing around their panels so the property owner would need to do that to stop damage.
