​I recently encountered a hardware issue with my Forte Pedals and the Hydraulic Brake Upgrade Kit. I reached out to Asetek support, and I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, speed, and dedication.
​Even though my original pedal set was slightly past the official 2-year warranty mark, the support team (a huge thank you to Jens and Danni!) didn't hesitate to help me out and provided a replacement PCBA that had been damaged by a short circuit. They were incredibly responsive throughout the whole troubleshooting process and even stepped in proactively to resolve a UPS routing error during the shipping of the replacement part.
​Now that my rig is fully back up and running, I am reminded of why I chose Asetek: the Forte pedals with the hydraulic module offer an incredibly immersive and precise feeling on the track. The build quality is amazing.
​It is incredibly rare to find a company that stands behind its products with such passion and genuine care for the simracing community. If you are hesitating to upgrade your rig with Asetek gear, don't. You are buying premium hardware backed by an absolutely world-class support team. Highly recommended!

Considering the time difference to email etc the delivery of spare part from EU to AU was very quick! Staff are very helpful and provided the right level of feedback

They responded to me quickly during the entirety of our communication and quickly found out the problem I had and I had to send my wheelbase and get a new one. They organised the entirety of the shipping process and I just had to give the box to the delivery guy, nothing more. They always asked and suggested me to try new things instead of keeping me going in a circle. I’ve had to deal with the Customer Support of another sim racing brand and I have to say that Asetek are simply on another level (not only regarding the customer support). The products are high quality as well so all in all, a very professional approach in every aspect.

I had technical issues with my Asetek La Prima wheelbase, where something mechanical broke after ended warranty period. I had long correspondence with Danni from their support team, and was able to get good support to get the issue resolved, and spare parts shipped out so that I could do the repair myself. I was very happy to learn that they stand by their products and are willing to go the extra mile to support their customers :)

Great feel on the pedals

I was looking for an elegant, simple, and rigid sim racing cockpit, and after speaking with the Asetek team, I decided to go with the Initium cockpit, paired with the Initium Compact Race Seat and seat slider. The Asetek team was always friendly, helpful, and very quick to answer my questions.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice. You can really see the ingenuity of Danish design in this cockpit, as well as the elegance that comes from its simplicity. One detail I particularly appreciated is that there isn’t a single nut to deal with during assembly. The parts themselves are already threaded, which makes the whole build incredibly straightforward and clean.

Once assembled, the cockpit feels extremely solid and rigid while maintaining a very sleek, minimal appearance.

I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, elegant, and extremely sturdy sim racing rig.

I've upgraded from a Thrustmaster TMX Pro and couldn't be happier! I didn't realize what a difference a direct drive wheel makes. The added intensity of the 8nm upgrade makes racing sessions more hear pounding than ever... Plus I get the added benefit of a small without.

Floor Matt was high quality, perfect size and excellent price. Highly recommend!

Pedals are sold as load cell but they arent really... Also the footrest is extremely slippy so if you have smaller sized feet it will slide up and off the footrest. Forte s pedals.

2+ years racing their products and it’s been great! I’ve had one small issue and was shocked at how quickly the service ticket was resolved. Danni and Customer service team deserve 5 stars!

The equipment is phenomenal, I bought the forte base and formula wheel. My only gripe was when I went to mount the base to my front mounted bracket, the threads used for mounting were not M6 as mentioned in the install guide, I had to drill the holes out and tap them for M6 bolts. Not the end of the world, but it took me a while to make that discovery.

Not offering a location to mount a shifter/ hand brake is a mistake. Telling customers you have on but it won’t be released until you also are selling your own shifter is an even bigger mistake. Also you should have 4 wheels not two. Replace the rubber floor cushions with 2- 2 inch locking casters

Everything that brought me to this company you guys abandoned. I will never purchase another thing from asetek nor support people wanting to buy your product. You sold out. That means you do not care.

Received all packages and extremely fast too. Summer sale made the bundle such a big bargain, the items received we the la prima base, pedals, and formula wheel. All excellented quality especially being considered more entry level tier compared to my logitech rs50, and was looking at simagic and moza. Wheelbase works flawless and very smooth, got the upgrade kit after and tried it, made the base even better, the sensations is amazing. Pedals are great, looking to upgrade to hydraulic and forte accel with stiffer spring. Software is very easy and convenient to use, good customization, nice touch to have a beep when on optimal shift points. Over i highly recommend, will be getting another bundle later into the future for another rig build, price at the time for summer sale made it even harder to beat.
