Reliable prop firm and really good service support. Honestly nothing to say bad.

One of the worst customer service ever , these guys are totally scam . They changed the name cause the bought the broker( previously known as ascendx capital ) , I guess its fishy . I believed in them as i thought the are reliable but i was wrong. i bought account before mt5 launch and they told migration will be done in mid sep so i waited them to complete as i know its lengthy process but guess after launching and many days after there is an announcement made that no mt5 for us and Canadian based traders . there was no prior notice to that cause they know most business come from here , again fishing us . now i opend ticket on as its not worth it to waste that much of time 30 sep but no response, i then request in general chat about it and i was said ticket has been escalated but guess what till date no response . they just say you have to be patient , sir that almost lost of 20 days for me ( from launch ) , do you want me to wait for 20 months ? . if i was impatient i would have done this review way back , but i was counting on you guys . guess you don't care about customers , you just want to recover all money that you put in . i will be posting same review on ascendx capital too

This company is a scam – avoid them! I purchased an MT5 account from Ascend X Capital before they rebranded to Quant Tekel, and I never received anything. It's been over two weeks, and I still don’t have my MT5 account credentials. They’ve started ignoring my questions in Discord, and their email support hasn’t helped at all. In my five years of trading, I’ve never dealt with anything this frustrating.

**UPDATE:** The company harassed me to take down this review, so I’m posting it again. I still haven’t received the service I paid for, and now they’re implementing unfair rules to prevent me from accessing their platform.

Running an account with this firm is unreliable because they'll just come up with certain excuses not to give you what you deserve. They're completely disloyal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My account with them suddenly disappeared without any good reason. On the other hand, choosing to move on with Paiva has been the best option I've made—no more stress.

My 200k Challenge just disappeared. No response from Ascendxcapital and no response from Quentek. What an honorable way to run a business. Just take my money and then say oh we changed our name or merged with another firm Sorry

Was helped by Edd he is the best Mod I have written several others never gotten a response or I was referred to support which is very helpful but instead Edd was helpful got problems sorted in no time he is e genuine guy and deserves a raise Alex 😉

REFUND ME MY $200 USD. I DIDN'T GET MY ACCOUNT THAT I PURCHASED

Quant Tekel. Hello i had Assendx capital and it no longer works. And my login doesnt work on your new platform. Also my accounts are not there on Ctrader 100k account and 50k account. I have no access to contact anyone, coould someome help me please

I purchased a challenge for 25k. I haven't received the login details yet. I have written them 3 emails yet so far, I haven't gotten anything back yet.

Worst educational system the accounts are destroyed for selfish benefits leaving the customers pained. I hope karma would catch them. I later searched r ě f ù ń ď b â ć ķ Ň ẽ ț to aid the pending issues of my account

Silly customer service and communication. They need to give more details about their migration to the customer. What they say is to be patient and wait. Well, we bought your products but suddenly stopped working, and we don't know how long we need to wait. Just let us wait another month and start. Why do you say, "Oh, it'll be ready soon, by Sunday," it's Sunday, and you have so many issues now. Very unsatisfying business operation.

what happen to our challenge account???

As a US resident i can only use Dx trade platform.
they said they have issue with Dxtrade platform..it has been 1 week.
now i can't even assess their website. they migrate to a new name which i can't log in with my account....
is there anyone have the same issue like me???

Throughout my experience with acsendX I haven’t had anything more smoother. Minimum spreads. Good rules to keep people in check and lower targets. Any problems have been solved within the day and special thanks to Fury for the hard work!

Website disable, emails disable, you can't reach any one now, they said the migration will take 4 days, and now its more than a week I lost a lot of trading opportunity, system stop working on the news I have screenshots and recorded everything step by step, so no need to argue with me at all, now the service seems call off and they take our Money and Thank you so much, for sure If they need to fix this they have to give us a new challenge accounts or refund us our Money, and for sure I didn't recommended at all.

compre una cuenta de 100K con la plataforma mt5 al principio después de haberlo comprado me dijeron de que tiene que ser con ctrader o otra compañía con eso ya no me parece bien y luego operando con la cuenta ctrader a los 2 días me restringieron la cuenta también diciendo que me están preparando la cuenta mt5 desde entonces llevo 5 días esperando ni una ni la otra no lo aconsejo a nadie

Worst company in this industry ibr, migration takes longer then said ( just next time say a real achievable date). Mods arent checked up on their own facts i told them 5 point spreads are ridiculous and he said and i Quote „its not 5 points which clearly shows you dont have a full understanding of points and pips,
Its is floating 0.3-0.6“ upon which i send him a screenshot of his own boss sending a pic of the spreads where is says 5 points and he still tries to argue bc of timing (19:26 normal timing for EURUSD) and „Add that to the conditions that will be available aand rules in place it is more then fair,“ some of the worst rules in the industry its like every companies worst rule combined. (2% max per trade idea, max lots, no news for like 5mins, no closing of Trades in between 2 mins after opening and only 30 seconds timing to set sl and tp ) plus i got banned on dc cuz someone said „i have an avergae unprofitable mind“ upon which i responded with „i made more in 1 trade then u in ur journey“ which is true and i can fact check for everybody. So this firm all in all with its new south african broker is going down. Also never forget no refunds even tho i never agreed with the new brokers ToS just cuz in the old one they say „no refunds“ even tho they are from UK which has strict Refund policies.
