DO NOT USE! received the sample pack with NO instructions. Messaged then 4/5 times and asked for the instructions to be sent with no reply. Unable to send samples without. Waste of money and time.

Fast results, no delays, great customer service..

I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews however my experience has been flawless - maybe its under new management now?

Desired Result Achieved. Thank you to Stephen for his support and help to resolve our sample issue, even though we never completed the online form, Stephen managed to support us in getting result we needed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No results, didn't answer their phone. Paid by credit card so will try to get my money back that way. Now have no sample to get tested either....

I wish I had seen the bad reviews of this company before I made my purchase.
I paid for 2 sample to be tested and sent them off following the instruction provided.
I Was expecting the results after 2 days but heard nothing after 5 days so emailed them. (they have no contact phone number, warning sign!)
After they ignored numerous attempts to contact them, they replied after a few days (getting my name completely wrong) and asking for my order number to look into the issue for me. After this I heard nothing for another week despite further attempts to contact them.
They finally responded after I set up a PayPal claim and they said I hadn’t followed the instructions on page 6 of the manual and they weren’t going to process my order. It would have been nice to of been told this straight away, not after 2 weeks of chasing.
I then noticed I was only sent a 4-page manual! I gave them a chance to explain where the other 2 pages were so I could see what I was missing, but they didn’t reply as usual. They then ignored PayPal’s attempts to contact them which meant I finally got my refund from PayPal.
I’m staggered how a company can be so inept and run in this way. Their communication from this company is horrendous and I would not recommend them to anybody.

Very good service. Only delay was caused my me failing to register the testing kit online but the office was able to trace our results.
Very happy recommend.

Wanted to use this service as website seemed very professional and was looking for a quick turnaround as I need to start work on property. Received sampling kit promtly and sent off exactly as described in paperwork. Hadnt received results within a week so emailed them, first response something generic about "lab havn't received them yet", then that was it. 2 more emails no reply. No phone number to ring. Opened a case through paypal as no other option and they still havn't replied, so escalated it now for refund. No way to operate a business especially given people are risking sampling for nothing. I will have to do it all over again now with a different company and they have caused nothing but wasted time and stress. 100% avoid

Website clearly says free postage both ways however they have charged me £1.99 delivery. States next day delivery yet kit has not arrived, I waited until Tuesday due to ordering on a Sunday but nothing still. I instantly raised a complaint and it has not been actioned. Reading the reviews very poor company stay away I shall be requesting a refund through Paypal.

Sent samples back a few weeks ago. No feedback yet. I have sent two emails and still no reply. Trading standards will be my next point of call if I don’t hear back shortly...

Ordered on 17/05/18,still not received my order. Sent 2 emails, no reply, just threatening them with trading standards. Finally got a refund via PayPal after many emails to the company, shouldn't be in business if they can't deliver as advertised.

Same as other recent reviews - I paid for the testing kit, sent it off and heard nothing. Telephone calls to the company went to voicemail and my messages were not responded to. I can't find a website for the company.

I ordered my kit on the 14th May 2018 for next day delivery, I have received and order confermation then nothing. I have emailed them to find out why there is a delay and still haven't heard anything. The payment has been taken out of my account but I will try to get a full refund if possible through PayPal. This company should be avoided. It is simply not good enough, all it takes is simple communication and this company fail to provide any decent explanation.

I was due a refund but apparently the business has changed hands in between my test kit being sent back. I emailed repeatedly and now going through PayPal to try to get the refund as the new company has washed their hands of it. Seems I’m not the only one this happened to.

Very quick response, both for the initial sample kit and certification of the sample sent for analysis.

Went over a week without hearing back on the "Sample only" service and no response when chasing by e-mail. I posted a negative review on TrustPilot and within the hour I had an apology and my results!

Apparently the site has recently changed hands, and my order fell through the cracks. The response also promised a phone number will soon be put into place, so hopefully my less than ideal experience is just a blip.

This company make it very easy and very affordable to do a check for asbestos. They sent good quality mask and other safety equipment and very clear instructions on how to proceed. Results were emailed on a couple of days and luckily my artex ceiling didn't contain any asbestos. Highly recommended.
