Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

Canon carridges Pixma MG 5220
These cartridges are just as good and do a comparable printing as the Canon cartridges I normally buy at Walmart at a much higher price. I will continue to use the ASAP cartridges as long as they suit my needs. Good savings!

Borderline scam company
I ordered toner and waited for a tracking number. It arrived several days later but did not link to any package. I called the company and Customer Service (CS) informed me the products were on backorder. I asked how I was able to have a tracking number for a package that contained backorder products and CS asked me to hold. Then I was told by CS the package was in transit but it would take 24 hours for the tracking info to be available. I informed CS that it had been over 48 hours. CS had no response. I informed CS that it had been nearly 2 weeks since my order and to please just credit my card since I no longer had time to wait. CS told me that it was not possible to do that and that I would need to receive the package then return it to them. CS also offered me 10% off my next order which I declined.
At that point, CS told me that in fact, I had to be home to sign for the package or it would be automatically returned. That was something I was not aware of, was not informed of and would have kept me from ever ordering. I was then informed by CS that it was my responsibility to keep track of my credit card statement to be sure the funds were returned after the package was sent back. But, since I am unable to track the package, have no idea if delivery has been attempted and doubt this company would actually be honest and return funds after the package makes its way back to them, I have written off this money for the moment and will wait 6 more weeks before filing a complaint with my credit card company.
Avoid this company.

It was shipped same day as it was ordered and shipped to the address that was provided, but there was a delivery error with USPS (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9261293250802460290059) which we are investigating and will get this order refunded for you.

Hello, your order was placed Feb 8 (Sunday) and shipped out Feb 9 (Monday) via USPS. With the Free Ground shipping option that you selected, we advertise 3-7 business day delivery (however most customers receive their orders in 2-3 business days). It depends on the USPS. In your case it took 6 business days considering there was a weekend and a 1 day USPS holiday (President's Day) during the transit period.

Timely delivery
My order was easy to complete online. The fulfillment was handled quickly and efficiently. I received my order in a short time. My only gripe is a problem with my online account. My login has been locked and the password reset failed. My request to customer support was off the mark and ineffective. I suspect the support function is not being given the proper level of importance. It didn't work well for me.

I ordered ink cartridges for my printer - ordering was easy - they arrived VERY quickly. I have not used them yet, but the last order from the company worked out fine so I'm anticipating no problems.

totally unsatisfactory
I went to the web site for my Epson printer and thought I ordered ink cartridges. When the package came it was bottles of ink which I cannot use. Now I am in the process of sending them back. This is the only time I have had bad service from this company.
