The jacket I ordered was too large and I requested to return it. I have not received permission to return or how to return.

This is a company that has merchandise on Amazon they give you a date you pay your money and you don’t receive it and then they extend the date out and yet there’s no way to contact them. This is a company that’s just full of fraud. There’s no other way to explain. I’m waiting for a response. It’s no way to call them. Amazon is no help and I need my money back. Bad service the worst.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered 4 months ago and haven't seen any product. They don't respond to emails. Will likely never see that money again...

I’ve ordered multiple times, each time more painful than the last. They take several months to deliver. I like the product, but I’m not sure it’s worth the risk. This last time I ordered on 8/16/25 and as of 12/16 it still has not shipped. I am able to get a response sometimes like it’s going thru stitching, or quality, or it will ship next week. This time they went as far as getting a UPS label that I was notified of, but now even UPS is waiting for the package.

the jacket i bought came out looking amazing. they even let me specify certain colors and sizing to get it to look as perfect as possible and it’s perfect. depending on where you live, it may take a while for the jacket to come in but it was worth the wait for it. it’s my new favorite jacket

Recently received a jacket from Asal Vision and it is exquisitely made. The accuracy, the stitching, and the materials are all top tier. Though I ordered the wrong size, the customer service has been exceptional and very professional. I appreciate them taking care of my order before and after delivery. Definitely will purchase from Asal Vision again.

I have placed my order number 78573 November 27, 2024 for a cloth Doctor Who Yellow Wool Duffle Coat.
Since this date, Asal Vision do nothing et do not respond to my messages.
Three months late, I finally received a product with fabric so thin it wasn't usable in a European climate.
Deadlines are not met.
They don't respect their terms of sale.
Even though I returned the product, I wasn't refunded.
I have proof of all my claims.
Above all, don't buy from ASAL Vision.

I have purchased a couple of their Star Trek offerings and am quite pleased with the quality of their products. The Star Trek Picard uniform is amazing and their Picard Jackets are the most screen-accurate I've found. Definitely worth it.

The quality of their work is outstanding, and you won’t find a lower price than when their items are on sale. However, be mindful of their shipping times—some items arrive quickly, while others can take a month or more. Since these pieces are handmade to order, availability depends on their stock.

Unlike many costume pieces on the market, these jackets are made from high-quality materials with exceptional craftsmanship. After having a great experience with a Picard Season 3 jacket I got second-hand—and seeing a couple of friends receive their orders promptly—I decided to order the Star Trek III-V bomber jacket, a piece I’ve always wanted. I chose the wool version instead of the suede, which costs more, but I actually prefer the wool. I also ordered an XL with no modifications.

For the sale price of $150, I initially expected something similar to Cosermart—a decent but lower-quality costume piece. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is a high-quality garment, suitable for everyday wear. It’s nearly screen-accurate, with only minor differences, such as the buckle flaps being a single snap-on piece that can be removed. This is actually a great design choice for those who want to wear the jacket casually, not just for cosplay.

Their communication could be improved—it took a couple of days to get a response—but they were thoughtful and professional in their replies. My order took slightly longer than the estimated timeframe, but it was well worth the wait. The materials are top-tier, the stitching is perfect, and the overall construction is excellent. Some of the snaps don’t close very tightly, but that seems to be common in a lot of clothing these days.

Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The First Contact jacket is next on my list!

My husband gifted me a jacket from this website. It was described as wool, but it was synthetic fabric which I do not wear. Buttons were described as wooden but are plastic. Colours on website show a muted design and the back of jacket was but front colours were too bright and not muted.

I have purchased several jackets from Asal including the Season 3 Picard Field, Captain America and Cobra Kai jackets. All exceeded my expectations and the customizations I requested were perfect. I have already placed my order for the Deep Space Nine Duty Jacket and expect great things. Highly recommend!

Quality of the fabric, stitching, design and fit was excellent! I was honestly beyond impressed when my order arrived. Ordering and customizing processes were easy and streamlined. Best uniform I’ve ever had. I requested custom maroon color and French cuffs. Very pleased.

The jacket was high quality, priced reasonably, shipped quickly and felt great to wear. Even Star Trek actor Todd Stashwick complimented it at a convention and told me it was very similar to his! Highly Recommend!

Do not trust this website. First of all, they sent it to me with a one-month delay. After I emailed them, they sent me a jacket. However, I told them it was too late; they should cancel it, but they told me NO. They sent me a jacket with the wrong pattern and color. They said they were based in America but posted me from Pakistan. If I knew they came from that country, I knew it was a scam. Never EVER try. I emailed it to them, and they said I have to return them back by my coast to pay me back. ALL fake, and you waste your money.

Great service. I have purchased two Star Trek Jackets: the manufacturing was quite excellent, and the materials first class. Highly recommended. Not simple cosplay costumes but apparel of very good quality.

Took about 4 weeks from order to delivery which is great for such a high-quality jacket (Star Trek Discovery S4 blue) - fits perfectly, has a gorgeous lining and inside pocket. Will be ordering again!

I ordered a custom Picard Season 3 Uniform shirt. It took a long time to get it but the quality is very nice and I hope it lasts a long time. Can't wait to wear it to conventions.
