As Above Jewellery Anmeldelser

I recently purchased a truly unique ring from Asabove for my partner, a piece I couldn't have found anywhere else online. The shopping and delivery experience was incredibly fast and straightforward. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I sent it back, a replacement was promptly arranged, but Royal Mail caused some delivery issues, leading to a slight delay.

Vicky, the owner, was extremely apologetic and did everything possible to rectify the situation, ensuring we received the correct size as soon as possible. Her exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very pleasurable one.

Thank you, Vicky, for going above and beyond to make things right and for the thoughtful gesture that brightened our day. The level of care and attention from Asabove is unmatched, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking unique and beautiful jewellery.

Love love love this jewellery 😍

I ordered the fungi ear rings and “Joy” citrine sterling silver ring, both are beautiful and even better than the pictures.

I just placed my second order and managed to select the wrong ring size from rushing, I had a swift response from Vicky rectifying my order.

Super happy and 100% recommend!

AMAZING!!! 😍 🖤🌛
I wanted to order a Moonstone ring, which being a birthstone in memory of my late Couisn, would hold huge sentimental value for me. I sent an email enquiry and wondered if I would ever get a response! I instantly got a reply and Vicki very kindly helped me select the PERFECT ring! The quality is amazing, it fits so perfectly and is very comfortable to wear! I'm over the moon!

lovely earrings! customer service are so helpful!

Received my 2nd order. A beautiful pair of earrings. Once again beautifully packaged.

I received some lovely items from As Above and I’m sooo amazed by them! They are truly gorgeous and look & feel very well made. The moonstone used looks so special this is already none of my fave jewellery items!!! The intricate designs are beautiful and they stand out from all of my other jewellery! The packaging is also beautiful and I’m super happy to know it’s sustainable and recyclable! Great customer service too from the owner, she is very kind.

Thank you soo much 🙏 will definitely recommend! ❤️

Great company with superb customer services, who went above and beyond to assist us with an order for our daughter's 18th birthday. We would highly recommend.

Sooooo good. Got a pendent and hoop earrings. The quality is amazing. Thick stems on the earrings. Incredible detail on the pendent and thick chain.

Ordered from AA several times now and always blown away by how beautiful the jewellery is ❤️

Fantastic customer service. This brand is exactly why you shop small business. Their response time was incredible, they were super helpful, and the earrings are just so perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful products and excellent customer service.

Smooth ordering and delivery experience and responsive customer service. As Above get it spot on.

I have been bought 3 pieces of jewellery from As Above & all are fantastic. I recently lost one of the labradorite drops from my earrings. I emailed to see if I could buy a replacement & they not only responded very quickly, but asked me to send a picture of the remaining drop so they could match the colour for me. Brilliant customer service. I will definitely be buying more.

I ordered a beautiful ring from As Above, and noticed that two payments had been taken for different amounts. I contacted As Above about this and they replied WITHIN MINUTES! It turned out to be a mistake and the bank was temporarily holding the funds and had released it back into my bank - so no fault of the company at all. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because the company had responded so promptly, politely and I was super impressed with the speed at which they replied to try and rectify the situation.

The ring has arrived and as is beautiful in person as it was on the website and postage was fast too. I'm definitely ordering from them again.

Well done Vicki and Rob 👍😊

Super high quality work, all the pieces I bought look gorgeous. Had to send one back to exchange sizes and it was super easy, great business !

Beautiful unusual crystal ring. I came across this small business by chance, googling for unusual crystal rings.
I bought the Evergreen Sterling Silver and Labradorite ring.

Its beautifully packages, with instructions for the care of the ring.
Already wearing the ring.

Would highly recommend and will be definitely ordering more pieces.

Thank you again

I love the unusual jewellery collections offered by this brand. The pieces are absolutely unique and beautifully made. I haven’t seen anything similar elsewhere.
I have made 2 orders with as above and can vouch for the quality of the pieces. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was magical! I thought I had used my old address for one of the orders, messaged on Facebook re this and I got a quick and helpful response.
Faultless, will be adding to my collection.

I bought the Tarot stud earrings, great design, well made exactly what I wanted.
Arrived earlier than expected, lovely packaging with a lovely note attached.
Will definitely buy from this site again

I received my order today and I just wanted to say how in love I am with my purchases! Everything was perfect, from the delivery time to the packaging and even the cute little jewellery boxes! I also appreciate the option to order different chain lengths, this is something I usually struggle with as most necklaces end up being too tight around my neck, so being able to choose a 20in chain was amazing.
I will definitely be ordering again and shouting your business from the roof tops.
