Better experience this time round. This is my third order.
Everything seemed quicker and communication that I needed appeared more attentive especially when I needed to be removed from the Tesla app on day of my car being returned.
I also filled in an online form for my private plate and that also was responded to quickly.

Really good and efficient service
Really good and efficient service. The representative was very helpful and quick to respond. The collection of the vehicle was great and the delivery of the new car was good too. I would have appreciated a lot more information about the sat nav and other elements to the car software programme as none was given but apart from that all was good.

Dealing with Arval has been easy
Dealing with Arval has been easy. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.
One negative was when I took my car in for a service, the garage needed to check whether I met the conditions to proceed. Is the service light on etc. I had booked the car in at a time that suited me in advance so the mileage was quite at 10k. The service did proceed but I would have been disappointed if I had a wasted journey.

From the start was never informed wher the car was to be picked up from. Had to go to Scotland to pick up, otherwise no real issues until hading it back. i had been aksed to M.O.T. it but had to be done in England I live in Northern Ireland so not really practical. then I placed a retun the veicle on line. no one came, so i phoned them which was dificult in it self. Only to be told they had no record of that. then told that the car was being registered in N. Ireland and was waitin for that to be done. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Arval

Unable to contact Arval
Unable to contact Arval. No one answers the phones. I have/had a problem with my vehicle (which needed fixing urgently) but I was unable to contact Arval to get it sorted. When I did get through (after 2 hours hanging on phone calls) I got an apologetic response (they were busy) and the promise of a call back - which came 4 days after it was promised.

Very good experience. Any queries during the process was answered quickly. Spoke with a few members of staff, all were very helpful and personable. Advised car was available and it was delivered withing days. Cannot fault Arval.

Company Car Renewal
Recently changed my company car with Arval. Great service, new car arrived bang on time, really good hand over with Tony the delivery driver who was able to give me a good overview of some of the key functions of the new car. All in all I was really impressed.

Communication needs to improve
Leasing my car through Rivervale and finance through Arval uk has been less than 100%.
Arval were very slow to send me a date for taking my initial payment which could have been done at the time of getting the car. I also asked for my monthly payment to be the first of the month . My initial payment will be taken on 13 th July and monthly payments on 1st of month but which month?
July or August?
