Straight forward and clear process, with excellent regular communication throughout.

My tyre was a mess. I had all but burst it on a deep and nasty pothole. I couldn't drive my car and contacted Arval to assist at 09:50. By 15:30 the same day, a mobile tyre van had attended my property and replaced the tyre meaning that I could still keep my personal appointments for that evening. Far swifter and smoother than I ever thought possible.

Excellent service, very quick to respond to a puncture preventing me using the vehicle, quickly arranged for the AA to come out and do a repair to allow me to get to Tyre repair centre

For me the process was quick and straightforward. All done online and hassle free.

I needed to obtain the correct documentation to be able to take my vehicle abroad. The instructions were clear and concise and the appropriate documentation was delivered within a few days. A great service and very good experience.

I have to say that Rachel, on the fines team, is a real asset to Arval.
We have had a lot of grief with wrongly issued parking tickets from one car park and she has calmly accepted that they were wrongly issued and deleted any additional charges that Arval are entitled to make.

Shocking bad customer service. Always late, always need to be chased for action. Latest bad news is they refuse to replace all 4 tyres on my car, just 3 will be replaced leaving my car in a dangerous configuration.

Funds taken without consent

# I have leased a car from Arval for 3 years and we have returned the vehicle at the end of the lease.

Arval then took 12 month Road fund licence after we had confirmed return of the car. No email or invoice was ever sent to us to authorise that debit from our account. They then sent a credit note 1 month after the payment was taken and we have asked for a refund from Arval to our bank account. We have asked twice now with no response from the company and no refund. been waiting nearly 3 months now.

A company not to be trusted as they take money without consent and then do not refund it

Very helpful team throughout the process. It's really worth working with them, they are always helpful in answering every question, even the difficult ones. I highly recommend the Arval team :)

No issues with Arval whenever I have had to arrange a service, tyre replacement or accident repairs. All dealt with efficiently, accommodating my work schedule and even arranging repairs to take place at my home.

I returned my vehicle to Arval on 30/04, but they incorrectly recorded the odometer reading and issued me with an extra charge of £992 that is clearly wrong.
I flagged this immediately and have been chasing them for over three weeks to review and correct the error. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, I received no meaningful response or update. Instead, they proceeded to charge the disputed amount directly, which is completely unacceptable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A basic error like this should be easy to verify and correct, yet the lack of communication and accountability makes the situation worse.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using Arval. If you're not prepared to challenge incorrect charges, you could easily end up being overbilled.

Had the car a month paid for the tyre and maintenance plan.

Terrible puncture experience. Firstly after many phone calls they couldn't get anyone out to fix my tyre in North Wales, so i had to drive for 4 hrs on a flat with my kids in the car. Then stopped in Midlands with inlaws. Been here 4 days and calling constantly, with no mobile fitter reaponding to Arvals booking. Also the online system doaent work, tried that too and no response recieved for a booking.

Still have a flat, still cant get if fixed. Have to drive another 4 hours tomorrow to Bournemouth.

Avoid Arval and certainly avoid the tyre plan it's essentially fraud at this point.
