I love your aloe products & I am very happy with my purchase of $95.00. My skin has never look or felt younger. I do NOT like your delivery ShipHero shipping company. I waited three weeks to get my order when I was texted that it was damaged & thrown out. I was left hanging with no communication as to where my aloe products went or a refund on my $95.00 purchase. After I initiated an inquiry, your customer service reordered my original purchase. It took another week & a half to receive my order. I was quite disappointed & unhappy as I use these products on a daily basis. I use your products strictly from Aruba after touring your facility on vacation since I want the “real deal” Now I question what is going on with the poor shipping- this has not happened on my previous purchases. I received an apology from your customer service reorder but I was expecting some kind of compensation for my screwed up shipping & hassle . I look forward to your response on this matter.

El día de hoy recibí una notificación informándome que el envío de reemplazo ha sido devuelto al remitente original.
En vista de todo lo ocurrido con esta orden, ya no deseo recibir los productos ni autorizo que sean enviados nuevamente. Solicito que Aruba Aloe proceda de inmediato con el reembolso total de $379.50 USD a la tarjeta Visa original utilizada para realizar la compra.
Como usted confirmó anteriormente, el primer envío fue dejado por Veho sin supervisión afuera de la entrada del edificio, situación que Aruba Aloe reconoció como una forma inapropiada de realizar la entrega. Como consecuencia, Aruba Aloe consideró ese envío como robado y procedió a gestionar un reemplazo sin costo adicional.
Lamentablemente, el envío de reemplazo tampoco llegó a mis manos y ahora ha sido devuelto al remitente.
A estas alturas, he pagado $379.50 desde el 13 de agosto de 2026 y, después de dos intentos de envío, sigo sin haber recibido ninguno de los 17 productos que compré.
Por lo tanto, solicito expresamente lo siguiente:
No realizar ningún otro intento de envío;
Cancelar la orden de reemplazo;
Reembolsar la totalidad de los $379.50 USD a la tarjeta Visa original utilizada para la compra; y
Enviarme por correo electrónico una confirmación por escrito una vez procesado el reembolso, incluyendo el número de transacción o referencia del reembolso, si está disponible.
No estoy solicitando crédito en la tienda ni otro reemplazo. Mi solicitud es específicamente un reembolso completo al método de pago original.
Dado que la mercancía de reemplazo está siendo devuelta al remitente y ya no será entregada, agradeceré que el reembolso sea procesado de inmediato, sin realizar otro intento de envío.
Aprecio los esfuerzos anteriores de Aruba Aloe para solucionar el problema con la primera entrega. Sin embargo, después de la entrega fallida del pedido original y ahora la devolución del envío de reemplazo, considero que el reembolso total de $379.50 USD es la solución apropiada.
