I purchased a toilet brush in the shape of a cherry. It looks great in my bathroom and I'm very happy with it. The main reason, however, this company gets 5 stars is because of their excellent customer services. My original order arrived incomplete and was immediately replaced. I dealt with a lady called Ann, who was fantastic. Really helpful, prompt, professional and friendly. Great company with lots of fun, original items.

This online store gives the impression of being a high-end, curated art boutique, with premium pricing to match. However, the reality is far from it. The products are of shockingly low quality and are shipped directly from China, despite the website's upscale branding. Customer service is virtually nonexistent—there’s a phone number listed, but no one ever answers, and it just rings endlessly. The return policy is equally frustrating and feels intentionally difficult to navigate. Overall, this store feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. Shop with extreme caution.

This a TERRIBLE company!!!! They have a terrible shipping department, whoever prepares the items for shipping does a really bad job. I ordered the oil/vinegar dispenser and received it the first time in 1,000 pieces as it was put in some thin bubble wrap and then tossed into a thin envelope. I told them about it, they shipped another one to me. It came in worse shape then the 1st. I complained and have heard nothing from them, no offer to replace, no money back, NOTHING! I would NEVER order anything fro this company.

After looking at ArtZMiami website and seeing how unique and unusual their products were I knew I was going to order something. Ordered was placed. Email received with tracking number once item was dispatched. Item took just over 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. Which you would expect with an international delivery. Item was as described and I love it. Very very well packaged. Thank you ArtZMiami 😊

We got the chihuahua sculpture in memory of our tiny 20- year old black chihuahua who recently died. It perfectly represents her.

Update from previous review. Product finally came. I didn’t realize that the shipping time was expected to be more than two weeks. Customer service took a little longer than I’d like to get back. But overall satisfied with the product. Be sure to order early though, it takes a while to get it.

Excellent communication and customer service and love my purchase. Follow up customer service exceptional - not what I was expecting from an overseas business that I found on facebook. Feels like a family business who cares. Thank you!!

What a great service and product. I bought the bulldog key holder and it’s exactly how it should be. I love it. It came promptly and in perfect condition. It now has pride of place on the mantle piece.

The original order a Cat Picture arrived dented, bent edges, warped. Mailed back to LA., CA. customer service. Second order arrived packaged well but international manufacturer distorted Cat Picture, phrasing on picture scrambled, Cat Picture changed and darker background, Font different thickness. Returning to customer service for management review! I will give 5 Stars to customer service for their continual support trying to solve the problem, and refund of money.

Starting to wonder if I have been scammed. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and got 3 tracking numbers. But neither of the 3 tracking numbers are traceable. Only says not found….I keep getting emails about delivery updates and that I can check, however it is not possible to click those links nor see any info about any delivery status…Feels fishy so let’s see what/if customer service responds.

The owner of the company I work for lost his wife to cancer a few years back. The last thing they did before she passed was bought dog. He's a cute little black dog that comes into work with him everyday. So when I saw this sculpture I immediately purchased it. Did a little modification and it turned out to be an awesome gift.

I ordered the graffiti Frenchie for my daughter, because she has a new Frenchie pup. I was so VERY pleased with it when it arrived. Came packaged well, the colors are vibrant, and it was larger than I expected. I'm so excited to give this to my daughter for Christmas. I gave ArtZMiami 5 stars, if I could I'd give them 10. Thank you so much!!
