Prima toestel. Snel geleverd. Ik kan dit toestel iedereen aanraden

I've returned the product, the way the return was facilitated, while the return package delivery was a bit a mess, was to the point, the reaction time minimal, the tone during the email communication was always friendly and the actions customer friendly and helpful. The Misses that addressed herself as "customer happiness hero” deserves some nice flowers.

Top service!

Snelle levering en behulpzame klantenservice.

Vlugge levering, goede opvolging nadien, persoonlijke toets in communicatie wordt gewaardeerd.

Top, goede ondersteuning

I bought the Brainwave04 earbuds.
Great sound, good ANC and neat design.
Swift delivery by a local European (Belgian) company.
Only downside is the lack of multipoint connectivity, but this cannot be expected at this price point.
I recommend this product.

I've ordered and payed one remote ctrl for AI65.
I received a message to tell me this part was no more availiable but a remaining part of demo will be sent to me.
In the end i recieved two remote ctrl : a new one + the demo one.
I wrote a mail to ask where i can send back the part i've not paid and until today I didn't receive an answer.
I jheartly thank Artsound for the gift and i'll put it under the Christmas tree !

The Artsound R99 offers a simple alternative to the loss of radio via the coax connection by using an internet connection (LAN or WiFi), while still supporting DAB+ and FM — ideal for customers switching to fiber who no longer have a coax outlet.

Currently — or in the near future — many people in Flanders are switching from coax to fiber. This device offers an affordable solution for those who don’t want to invest in a completely new (audio) amplifier or AV receiver.

Amazing customer service! One of my Brainwave3 earbuds stopped functioning. After sending an email to customer support, within 2 (!!) days, I received a brand new pair. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Fast respins, quality
