Speedy, helpful service
The products I ordered look great! But what truly impressed me was Art-O-Rama's customer service. I ordered 2 T-shirts and 1 mug. When the shirts were delivered without the mug. I reached out and got a quick response that they would print another mug and get it out asap. I received it a few days later. Surprisingly, the original mug was delivered shortly thereafter. So, now I have two. I'm a happy customer.

Hi Amalie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn't go as planned.
Upon reviewing your order, we saw that the package was unfortunately returned from the pickup point on July 11th. To make things right and ensure you receive your items, we went ahead and issued a full refund for your original purchase. Additionally, we have already placed a complimentary replacement order for you, completely free of charge.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We hope this helps turn your experience around, and we are keeping a close eye on your new shipment to ensure it reaches you smoothly.
Best regards,
Phil | Art-O-Rama Shop
