I ordered a Fitbit Luxe watch band, but instead received a random assortment of generic makeup and cosmetic products that had nothing to do with my order. The package carried the same tracking number associated with my purchase. I contacted customer service and received no response.

I will never shop from this site again. Buyer beware.

I returned my order and paid the shipping fees to China two months ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent several emails to them, but they haven’t replied. The customer service is terrible and the quality is very poor. I would never buy from this fake company again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ordered a pair of earrings. They shipped from China. Received absolute garbage that wasn’t anything like the picture. Cheap, rubbish that went straight in the bin. Emailed customer service a few times with pictures. No reply.

C’est des copies de temu. Je m’en suis rendue compte à la réception. Mauvaise qualité, rien a voir avec la photo. Ne vous faites pas avoir, ou acheter direct sur temu. Arnaque

I have ordered a stainless steel pendant witch knot for £18 and it isn't stainless steel!!! Now pealing off....I'm really disappointed as I'm an allergic person!! Tried to contact the company and no response! Avoid at any cost!!!!!

Really disappointed! Yes I ordered some "fake" jewelery online but coming from a .au url I thought this was coming from Australia not the case at all. After my order was placed i received an email where I saw my order was coming from China. The jewelery is so bad its getting binned. These pieces came in little plastic bags that one would find in a 2 dollar store, and would never sell for $40 a piece. This is false advertising not at all an Australian company. Wish I could add pics here to share the poor quality of what i received compared to the website pics.

Totally dissatisfied!!!! Bought a leather watch strap expensive, took ages to arrive - really nice when arrived but has only lasted a matter of week. When I have complained it is outside 14 days returns policy and nothing can be done !!!! Buyers avoid like the plague if could have given zero stars would have done

I ordered a leather watch strap over a month ago. The tracking site is useless. “Camille” does respond to emails requesting information about delivery by saying it is in transit. Sadly, I will never use this company again and I will report the company to the authorities as I believe it is a scam.

The item came from China even though this is an Australian website. The product, a necklace was not worth the price paid for it. Very good communication with updating the progress of shipment but very poor product

I received my order in just under 3 weeks., which is what they promise. the jewelry is of good quality as advertised. However the earrings are much smaller than I expected. So I’m disappointed but can’t really blame the company. I just want to clear the controversy about the company by saying that they appear to be a reputable company.

It's a Chinese products , claiming to be French. The delivery takes almost one month and when my earnings came they was smashed and not able to be used.
I can't contact the website, I can't rase a complaint... I feel it like a scam and I spend almost £20 for nothing, for smashed metal.
I wish to be able to check the website reviews before to place an order.
DON'T FEEL ON IT LIKE ME.

Cobran precios desorbitados por productos que compran en AliExpress, los puedes encontrar en AliExpress por mucho menos de la mitad. Son productos de mala calidad. Quise devolver unos pendientes porque no se correspondían con lo que pedí y dejaron de responderme a los correos. No he vuelto a saber nada de ellos. Una vergüenza, nefasto.

I never received my order, which was for my grandaughter's bday, even though I received a message that it was delivered successfully. I sent 2 messages and got no response from them. A very disappointing experience - I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Only sent me the earrings of an earring and necklace set. They also have no way of contacting them on the website so I can’t complain privately. Don’t buy from them

La commande n'a jamais été livrée.
Malgré plusieurs relances, uniquement des fins de non recevoir.
Ils vous demandent d'enquêter à leur place, demande des justificatifs tels que les photocopies de cartes d'identité recto verso, justificatifs de domicile pour éviter de traiter votre réclamation.
Ils n'ont aucune notion de ce qu'est le commerce et le respect de leurs CGV.
A fuir ou compter sur sa chance.

J'ai pour ma part banni ce revendeur, comme de nombreuses autres personnes informées de leurs pratiques commerciales.

Premièrement, c'est mon vrai nom .
Deuxièmement, vous m'aviez demandé de vous fournir un document du transporteur qui confirmait qu'il n'avait pas pu livrer le colis car jamais réceptionné et je vous l'ai mis à disposition pour rien.
J'ai perdu 50€ inutilement en vousachetant un bijoux , j'ai autre chose à faire que perdre mon temps avec vous.
mon message n'a de but que limitée les nombreuses déception de client potentiel.

L'envoi de mail a déjà été fait à de très nombreuses reprises et votre dernière demande était de recevoir une copie de ma carte d'identité et un justificatif de domicile.
Donc, stop..... vous n'avez aucune notion de commerce et de suivi clientèle.
Si des gens souhaitent tenter leur chance sur votre site, ils le feront en connaissance de cause.

J'ais fait une commande d'un bracelet et collier oeil de tigre sur ce site pour le prix de 19,99 euros aujourd'hui je ne reçois que le collier après-midi 10 jours pour un premier achat je ne suis pas satisfait de la prestation.
