Package damaged in transit
I had an email from UPS the carrier saying the package was damaged in transit. Since my initial review, Artisan Italian has been in contact, and have sent another order, and made a fine gesture of a 10 % refund.

I am sorry our customer service couldn't respond to your enquiry immediately as well due to Bank Holiday.
We are truly sorry for this unfortunate experience. In this order, UPS has just reported us on the damaged package. Please note we do our best to guarantee our shipping time promise, please consider we use third-party delivery companies, over which we have no control.
To make this up, your replacement order is on its way already! You can track it with the new UPS shipment number (provided in an email).
While we strive to improve, we understand if you're not completely satisfied. As a token of our appreciation for your feedback, we'd like to offer you a 5% refund on your original order. You'll receive a separate email with details about the refund within the day.

My go-to for topping up quality pantry ingredients. Great customer service as well -I had a small issue with some of the products' lids coming loose during transit, and the friendly team replaced my items the very next day!

As is invariably the case with Artisan Italian my order was dispatched immediately and delivered, securely packed, within a couple of days. There was just sufficient packaging to protect the contents from damage. I purchase regularly from Artisan Italian because the company is always so dependable and the food items reliably of the highest quality. I am completely satisfied

I initially place the order and it was supposed to arrive on the 18th and then the next day it got updated to the 12th. Very quick and efficient logistics and the product was spot on. I had no idea you could get Bottarga in the UK this easy.
