We are so please with Artinoor. I loved one of the paintings but I needed to bring in an additional color and change the size to fit my space. They were so patient with me and they produced this beautiful painting for us. This is the second piece we purchased from them. I highly recommend using Artinoor!

An outstanding experience!
Everything about my experience was outstanding! First and foremost, the artwork is absolutely STUNNING. It's the first thing I see when I walk into my home, and it makes me so happy!
Also, I wanted a size not offered on the website, and everyone at Artinoor was more than happy to help me order and receive exactly what I wanted.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend Artinoor for anyone looking for beautiful artwork at an affordable price!

I love the piece
I love the piece, it is as beautiful as I hoped it would be. Only one problem I had, the frame hardware was not placed so it could be hung easily. It was too high.

We had a great experience with Artinoor. We ordered the painting that we liked and within a couple of weeks we received an email with a picture of the painting that had been created for us. The email asked if we wanted any changes to it, which we didn't. Based on other reviews about long wait time, I expected not to hear from them for months, so we were very pleasantly surprised. I used the shipping app and was able to follow where the painting was after it was shipped. We happened to be on vacation the day it was supposed to arrive, but were easily able to change the delivery date. The painting arrived well packaged, in perfect condition. Easily a 5 star rating.

Disillusioned. Nice piece but false advertising.
I still like my painting but am a bit disillusioned with the site. They say that they only make 3 paintings in each size, but they clearly make more because even after I bought mine it showed 'only 2 left' on the site for months. They say they are a collective in Amsterdam, but the painting was shipped from China. The painting was also clearly shipped very (/too) soon after it was completed because the lovely texture that it should have had was imprinted with the canvas from when it was rolled up and placed in the box. The colors were also somewhat different from what I was expecting, though they did work to rectify that. Again, I like my piece but it seems more expensive now that I know they are not such unique pieces, being produced and shipped from China.

Exceptional from order to delivery
My experience with Gallery Artinoor was apprehensive at first, but ended up being absolutely excellent. I'm inherently skeptical of doing business with companies in other countries that I know little about, especially with something so niche as artwork. But I placed the order and the process was exactly as described on the website. I received photo proofs of the work, requested minor changes and even went on to add framing instead of rolled canvas. There were couple points where it felt like it was taking a bit longer than it should but they responded to all my emails within hours. The painting arrived quickly from Prague (which I thought was pretty cool) and it was even better in person and is prominently displayed in my home now. I plan to make another order very soon. All in all, it took about 6 weeks from order to delivery.

Possible scam
I ordered a painting on May 18th and STILL have not received it. Their website claims they'll update you along the way on the progress of your order. I received NO emails or contact about the progress until I emailed them after 3 weeks of waiting. Last correspondence from them was last week saying it's been delayed in the framing step and that it would be 6-10 days when I'll receive it. Well it's been well over 10 days now. NO WORD NOR RESPONSE FROM THEM.

OK, but could be better with a few more details.
The positives: the communication and customer service is excellent. The painting looks pretty much like the image on the web site, which is very nice. The negatives: compared to a painting by a local artist that is hanging across from this in our house, it's obviously lower quality. The signature on the painting is by a sharpie rather than paint, which looks really cheap. We purchased it in a white frame, which is plastic rather than wood. Very cheap looking. In general, the price point is probably about where it should be but we were hoping for a bit higher quality, especially with the frame which will need to be replaced.
