Great product, good and fast customer service
My turf arrived very quickly and the quality was as good as the sample. I didn't realize that you needed spikes to keep the turf down and sand to put on top. I sent the company a request and Kyle responded to my questions quickly. He told me exactly what I needed to complete the install. Great customer service from this company.

Great product
Great product. Shipping was a little confusing. Had rented a skid for the unload. It shipped stuff at three different times. So I had to get skid on site for a week extra

The price was definitely right.Customer service was very professional. Kyle in particular went above and beyond. My thoughts on how your service could be improved is by having someone come out to measure for the turf and to see the layout of the project. On my particular project, I had to find a different installer than the one you recommended because they didn’t have small enough equipment to fit into my yard. All in all, I’m very happy with the outcome of my project, and I would recommend this company to others. Thank you.

I liked how prompt they were in delivering me samples and also when I ordered I was trying to convey a time of when I needed it by. Unfortunately it was shipped before I needed it but they responded and took it back till I needed it and saved me time and money so I was glad about that. The instructions on there site for install also was helpful.

Was great learning about the product and understanding what is necessary for a good installation. I was doing this myself, never had before. Kyle was a great resource of info and was timely and punctual! Outstanding service. The turf is now installed and looks amazing.
