The product was good as expected
The product was good as expected, and all parts arrived in the shipment. However, it was painful dealing with the shipping company that they use. We were promised delivery on three different occasions, only to be let down. Phone calls were not returned either. Eventually it got delivered, but if this company wants to have satisfied customers, they need to address the shipping issues.

Customer support
Megan, by far, had the best customer service I've ever encountered in dealing with any company. Her product knowledge and communication was exactly what I needed in choosing Artificial Turf Supply as our company of choice to get our turf through. She went out of her way to check up on us through our process from start to finish as we had lots of questions throughout.

Turf supply and LCSS,LLC
I had Artificial Turf installed this week I’m very happy with the product. Raul was a great help in informing me of an installer. Yony Gonzales from LCSS, LLC. Him and his workers did a beautiful job. They went way above my expectations on the installation. They work exceptional and very clean. I highly recommend both Tuff Supply and LCSS, LLC Thanks guys
