I needed to have some really old outside water spickets replaced on short notice. Steve came out within a couple of hours and did a great job of replacement.

In the past I had two exPeriences where…
In the past I had two exPeriences where the price to install a UV light on my AC unit in my condo and a capacitor on my home AC.unit were way out of line price wise. I. Believe the UV light was quoted at $175 and the capacitor was quoted and charged $235. On line, the UV was bought for about $45 and the capacitor for about $25.

Excellent service from first phone to install
Trent was here at 8:30 pm on July 3rd, very after attentive to my ac needs. He was willing to put in unit on July 4th but I could not make the arrangements.
The installation went very smooth. The gentleman were very kind and got me up and running soon as they arrived. My unit is working great and I am thankful for cold air

Service men lied about referent cost…
Service men lied about referent cost and that it was against the law to recharge a unit if they knew it was leaking. Also agent called on Sunday sales appointment secured for 8am at 8: 45 to say can’t come until sometime after noon. I was up at 6 to be ready. Also I could tell agent just got out of bed. System was down in 100 degree heat. Two service calls were made.

The install was great. I got misled on the tax credit, when I tried to call you, during the day , no response, he said it. Come to find out, not at all, I’m really upset about this, I know your a corporate place, I hate to say this, I’ll never call ARS again, if this new hot water breaks, I’ll call another company, have it replaced, I will not at all. Say anything derogatory about your company or tech , I hope you understand my frustration
