I wrote a review on here and arrowexim had it taken down. I was asked to provide proof that I had purchased from them which I sent to trustpilot but the review still has not been put back up . It seems to me that arrowexim get a lot of their reviews removed and instead of improving their product they just get bad feedback removed . Again I would like to say the hair from this company tangles very badly . Check other negative reviews.

I've been purchasing bundles from arrow exim for years and have tried their frontals and closures a few times. Each time hoping their quality on frontals/closures would improve. The bundles are a 4/5. Their closures and frontals 1/5. Not true to length, lace is ok, knots are large and sparce. You can tell that they use the leftover hair strands to make the closures/frontals and they use 4inches of hairs strand lengths to make up 50% of the units. I posted a review on their web page with pics but of course they removed it. Improve your quality of closure and frontal units. It's 2025.

My daughter and I who represent Tymeless Necessity Hair in South Africa, visited Exim Hair Factory. We are affiliated to the Cancer Association of South Africa and we did feasilibilty studies in India to check on how they clean their etc. The staff were extremely helpful and showed us around.

Hair was very poor quality and tangles all day long . The company ignored my messages for 5 weeks when I reached out to them . I had to open a dispute to get my money returned as they were refusing for me to return hair for a refund . I even FaceTimed the seller and he was very rude to me . Never again ,

I Received the Wrong hair. I ordered RAW CURLY HAIR but I received processed curly hair. The hair is nice quality but it’s the wrong hair to make a curly wig that I need to make. Disappointed

I purchase $1599,00 worth of hair just recently, 9 bundles of their 28inch straight hair. One set was for my daughters 21st birthday. It was ruined because her hair was a disaster. Now even 2 hrs into her event that hair tangle so bad. She spent her whole birthday night constantly brushing that mess out with no results. Now I went to my lace wig event and was so embarrassed because I had the same problem. For me to be an professional in the hair industry. Let me tell you this one was the lowest I felt. All because, instead of my hair looking amazing it was horrible. This was most definitely not an error on our part. These tangle up bundles were obviously consist of none align hair. In so many words you have hair cuticles going in two different direction which caused the severe tangling, and unmanageable hair. I just want my money back.

Great hair, bad lace.
Bundles are beautiful BUT lace closure/frontal are not made well. There are lots of short hairs and hair tangles horribly at the "roots" near the knots. I will continue to purchase bundles only, but no lace products from this vendor

I have not tried the hair yet, I do like what I see. The shipping was a bit long nearly 2 weeks for my hair to arrive.

Great product, but receiving the bundles took a little too long. However, I love the hair.
