Great range
Great range, good pricing, I particularly like the discreet click and collect option as I can't have the product delivered to my home address.
Very discreet packaging, very well packed and fast dispatch.

Great variety of products
Great variety of products, good prices and I like the offers you get depending on how much you have spent. Good getting discounted product option at checkout. Decided to take it to try a different product, I’ve not had before.
Love the option to deliver to a UPS access point. I did have an issue however UPS sorted it after a call to them.

Excellent customer service
I have bought from this company a few times now and I am always impressed with the quality of the products and the speed of delivery. I had a leaking bottle once, these things happen, but after contacting the team at Aromas UK I had a fresh bottle and a free gift to boot. Excellent customer service

Plastic toppers prone to cracking
Bought the double poppers toppers, which are great things, but find myself having to re buy frequently due to the brittle plastic they are made from. If you screw on too tightly they will crack or split. May have to find them from somewhere else.

Sorry you have had an issue I have sent you a message from here to ask for more info so I can locate your order as I am unable to locate an order for you at present.
We add a card with our toppers with main instructions on that it does give a warning saying they are not to be over tightened or they will break.
Providing it’s the right size topper for the right bottle they only need to be nipped and they work fine, there are loads of slightly different size bottles however so not always so easy.
We do our own brand rubber one which fits to most of you often use a variety of bottles.
When you can provide more info on trustpilot or drop us a message so we can have a look and help you for going forward.

First time with, will be coming back for more
Was shopping around for a good deal when this lot popped up, was sure I had never seen them before so thought would give a gander.
A bit in the same fashion of a certain retailer that has an aisle for special offers I popped in for one thing, came out with 5 bottles, 1 adapter and a gift for little over £30 included delivery. 10/10 easily, discreet outer packaging with the products have their own nice flare that I haven't seen with other sellers.
When I eventually run out, will be happily returning.
