there return policy so much bad they are not helpful everytime they just wait sir few times it is very annoying i ordered something and the prodct was not good they said we will return it but when i ask them when you return it they just say wait sir few times it is very annoying for customer ...so my suggestion dont by anything from them
Very disappointing experience. Even after giving clear instructions, they sent old medicine that is set to expire in just one month. This is my second time ordering, and they made the same mistake again. Don’t order medicine from them — not reliable at all.
I've been a regular buyer here for more than two years. Their main strengths are genuine products and very competitive pricing. While occasional operational issues arise—such as order cancellations due to stock shortages—their customer service team is exceptional. They handle every situation professionally and resolve matters smoothly, leaving me with no complaints. Overall, a very reliable and positive experience.

Overall, my experience with Arogga has been very negative, particularly in terms of workplace policies and management practices. A more structured and transparent approach to employee management is crucial for the organization to build a professional and trustworthy working environment.
Very bad experience. Product never got delivered. Its not like i paid for it but sure i needed those medical supplies and expected it to deliver on time.
