Update… finally received my items but still only prepared to give 3 stars as i never received the free make up bag and my order was delayed.

Just dropped another star as after all that the concealer I ordered is the wrong shade.

I would personally give 0 stars if I could. Today I have received the free gifts but not the items I actually ordered. Abbie on the live chat fobbed me off, then disappeared. Never ever ever order from this bunch of charlatans. I am now waiting for there online customer services to get back to me. Disgusting service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Worst website to purchase from. Avoid and don’t waste your time and check out Selfridges, Harvey Nichols even Armani.com if you are wanting to buy any Armani products. Appalling customer service, as other buyers have said they don’t respond to any emails don’t get why since we pay our money for the items they don’t send out what they are meant to such as complimentary gift boxes and samples.

Ordered perfume with engraving for my daughters birthday but when it was opened it was engraved with a random date instead of her name which was very disappointing. No reply from the emails I’ve sent

Amazing! highest quality with nice materials

I order Si pefume and chose to engrave it. The bottle that arrive looked nothing like what it looked like at the time of ordering. Customer service is awful. They cant offer any solutions other than me having to pay for postage myself first.

I also ordered a lipstick which was meant to come with a free gift - and despite adding to my basket, and showing in order confirmation and despatch emails, the gift didn't come.
I know of many others this happened to, as well.
Why do they advertise a gift they can't supply?

I bought a lipstick which was on promotion ( on the website and Facebook) with two samples and gift set included, it was automatically added, two days later I received dispatching email about the order with all my order in. And when I received the package today, I was unpleasantly surprised. Not only Armani beauty did not include a gift set, but the company apparently regretted one perfume sample. Very unpleasant first and probably my last order from this brand I never thought that such a large company doesnt respect clients. To me, this looks like a scam to the insurance company due to refunds. I do not recommend that the company's attitude towards customers is irresponsible.

I am also a loyal buyer of Armani, but this time is really leaked and ordered two identical orders online (three 405 and one 206). The first order received was normal, the second one was only one 206 inside. I quickly took a photo and sent an email to Armani beauty because the delivery note showed a normal status. I booked on November 11th, when I received the parcel. I tried to talk directly after my classes.BUT no answers. On the 18th, I tried to send the e-mail with the photo of the parcel. Did not receive any reply. Today is November 22, I called again and again, the staff said that the system is no problem, the loss I have to bear. I can't understand, there is such a ridiculous thing, I just want to receive something that belongs to me.

Laughable service. Ordered online, waited week and no shipping status. As instructed on the website, used the online form to cancel the order. Got an email saying that form couldn't be delivered because the address was undeliverable. Phoned to cancel, as also instructed on website. Was told you can't cancel over the phone. On examining the order number, we were told the order didn't actually need to be cancelled, because it wasn't in stock (even though it was labelled as clearly in stock at the time of the order being placed), and that it was therefore automatically cancelled. Not that we had anything to tell us it was cancelled. Apparently, if they haven't sent your order out within two days, it's considered unfulfillable and automatically cancelled.

When you order online from Armani, you aren't actually making a "purchase", you're making a "request to purchase". Of course, they still take your credit card number.

You can't make this **** up.
