Received excellent service from Colchester Sainsbury’s unit. Checked out my dead IPhone XE and investigated the problems quickly. I purchased a refurbished IPhone and received a refund without quibble on repair.
Highly recommended.

Staff polite and helpful and happy to give full advice.
There was an issue with the replacement while being fitted and they were onto it and apologised profusely for the delay.

Laptop screen replacement - excellent service
I needed my son’s laptop screen repaired due to an accident. Brad at the Chelmsford branch got a quote to me quickly, ordered the parts and replaced the screen within 3 days.
Excellent service from start to end. Will be recommending to family and friends if they ever have an issue in future.
