They have pictures on their website of lovely trousers from reputable brand Studio Seven. Clearly they are using false advertising and selling fake products. Avoid

If I could leave zero I would ordered dress in July still no dress whwn you do get a reply from there so called customer service it takes a least a week amd it's not worth reading I have stayed numerous times theu are in breach of consumer laws...not even acknowledged ..not all robbers wear masks ..thieving ba@@@rds

Ordered a jumpsuit it came nothing like the picture when I emailed them for the return address they told me I have to ship it back to china and it would cost me £78!!

I ordered a couple of dresses from Arlo Streetwear and was shocked when they arrived.

The dresses were NOTHING like the photos — completely different designs, cheap fabric, and even parts of the material were missing! On top of that, the colours were wrong — what was supposed to be a deep green came in a faded, almost greyish tone.
I immediately tried to get in touch with them, but received no response to my emails. I also tried calling, but the number listed is not even in service. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is a scam, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Be warned — what you see on their website is not what you’ll get.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I stupidly didn't look for reviews before buying as I believed it to be a genuine company run in the UK. It's not, it's based in China. The dress I ordered was so poor quality and nothing like the pictures or description and now I can't get a refund without sending the dress back to China or sending another £9 to have something else delivered to me.

Please avoid. I knew it was some cheap china online shop. But they act like you can return to their London address when you can’t. Bad service

Item very inferior quality for price i paid, offered exchange or ridiculous postage charge to return. Do not buy off this company.

A very misleading website which states a London address and 'free shipping within the UK', when it is actually based in China. The item was poor quality and when I asked to return it, I was asked to pay for delivery to China. Avoid this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute con, do not buy from them.

I bought two dresses for a wedding, they took a significant time to arrive, so long that the wedding had been and gone.

So I wanted to return them, but they have no return information. The website says contact customer service which I did three times and they completely ignored me.

Never deal with Arlostreetwear or Elvoria London. Dreadful quality of fabrics, disastrous fit. Their sizing fits all, I bought size Small, trousers, they would also fit a size Extra Large, awful.
Returns you have to post yourself to China, then you get a 20% refund. Has to be illegal.

no consumer rights.... it's theft on every level! taking money from people for products which are falsely advertised with fake addresses ! i actually dont know how they can be allowed to continue to trade

The products are faulty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had seen all the reviews before. Not true to how they look on the website - not even close! Customer service is shocking, they should not be able to operate.

The dress I ordered was nothing like the image online, the quality was extremely poor. I contacted customer services and they have been so unhelpful, offered a poxy 20% refund or told me to pay postage back to china. Do not waste your money.

Only a 1 because I cannot give 0 - do not order from them!!! They do not do returns or refunds, they ignore customer service queries. Awful company to deal with

Scam ,scam ,scam. Ordered brogues that looked love on the photo. It took a very long time to arrive and now I know why. Item looks very different from the photo so I wanted to return for free because the item doesn't match the descriptionon on their web. I thought I will have to cover the cost to return the item as I can't get anywhere with the company but then they told me that their warehouse is in China and that's where the return has to go at my expense( it doesn't state on their website that their warehouse is is China). Don't waste your money as the items are nothing like on the website and the returns process is horrible.

Wouldn’t even give one star…. It’s another rip off merchant from china who are selling Temu products 4 times the price. They ship from china, Not the uk. And they will not give you your money back… these companies need to be stopped! There are far too many of them… 😡😡😡😡 AVOID!!! I’m still awaiting a response for my full refund!

I ordered 2 dresses for £60 when they eventually arrived what a joke… sizes are completely wrong… dresses looked nothing like the picture. Couldn’t fit in one and could of fitted both me and hubby in the next….
They have a London base address but when I asked for a refund it’s to china at a cost of £40++
I emailed and they said they would refund 20% and I could keep the dresses I said absolutely not then they replied and said they would refund 30% and I could keep the dresses.
I wouldn’t wear the dresses ever they were so bad. I told them I was reporting to trading standards.
I got my bank involved and I got a full refund…

Shocking service, completely incorrect sizes and total scam!
