⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – A Lifesaver for My CCJ!
I cannot recommend ARK CMCS highly enough! Dealing with a CCJ was an incredibly stressful and confusing experience, and I honestly didn't know where to turn. From my very first contact with ARK CMCS, I felt a huge sense of relief.

Their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, empathetic. They took the time to listen to my situation, clearly explained the entire process of challenging the CCJ, and outlined all the potential outcomes without any jargon. Their fixed-fee structure was transparent, and there were no hidden surprises.

They handled all the complex paperwork, drafted the necessary applications and witness statements, and communicated effectively with the court and the claimant on my behalf. Their efficiency was truly impressive; I received regular updates, and they were always quick to respond to my questions, putting my mind at ease every step of the way.

Thanks to ARK CMCS

Great service, very fast replies and the objective was successful, would definitely recommend.

Super Quick, reliable and very helpful

These people are good and price is cheap.
They got CCJ removed within few weeks

My husband got granted a CCJ to the wrong address without us knowing leading us to finding out whilst proceeding through the mortgage process. We was obviously devastated and reached out to ARK CMCS they were incredibly quick and got it dealt with with if 2 months! They were beyond patient with my constant worries and phone calls and were so incredibly grateful for them!

Nawaz at Ark CMCS was incredibly quick to respond and took the time to fully understand my case. Within just a few hours, he had developed a clear, well-thought-out plan that I’m completely confident in. His professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommended.

I won't lie, I thought it was a scam. As it was reasonably priced I was willing to risk the money. The value of removing my only ccj is the difference between getting and not getting another mortgage. Turns out they're the real deal. While I had to remind them to chase, they got the claimant to set aside the order.

It was a parking ticket that they got settled. I had already paid but they helped me get it agreed to be removed completely.

I was seeking advice on how to approach a recently issued CCJ for a parking fine. Not only did I get the advice I needed but didn’t cost me a penny! Great service & genuine. Thanks again
