Bought a pair of leggins from this company on February 6, 2025. They kept sending updated delivery status every 2 days. Then on February 24, I get a status that says my package has been delivered at/inside mailbox in Charleston, West Virginia. I live in Ohio! Emailed support only to have them claim that my package was delivered, and that I should talk to some of my neighbors to see if they may have signed for it! I emailed back and told them,again, I live in Ohio and Charleston is 187 miles away from me, and since I have high doubt that I will see this package, I am requesting a full refund, or I'll have no choice then to file claim with my card company. I guess we'll see, but I'm not holding my breath for a refund

SCAM! Ordered 2 mugs in December. Supposedly shipped from Ireland and never arrrived. End of January sent an inquiry and they said they would check. Still in transit and asked me to "kindly be patient". 3 days later said they send a replacement but could not supply tracking information. This past week, I requested a refund which they declined to give me. I asked in three separate emails for a refund and each time they asked me to be patient. I told them I would file a complaint with PayPal and that's when they sent me new shipping information (this time from China) and updated it on Paypal, hoping to hamper any attempt to get a refund. My recommendation is to speak with a live agent at paypal or initiate a claim with your credit card. You can recover your money this way.

SCAM! This so called company does not send what they state they are selling. It takes MONTHS to receive & their email replies are “basic”. It seems to be out of China. I highly suggest you Google a company before ordering anything!

Ladies please read before buying. I specifically got these for the butt lifting effect. But it’s a scam. I received leggings, finally, and they look like they are a child’s size. Even though I went by the size chart and even ordered a large instead of a medium (medium was my actually size).
Quality of leggings are very cheap and nothing like the commercial that they sell you on.
Total scam! Beware!

COMPLETE scammers. I ordered three pairs of the Halara butt-lifting leggings and paid roughly $120. Not only did they take nearly 3 months to arrive, what I received was garbage. They were sized to fit a scrawny 10 year-old, and definitely not adult sized XL as ordered (an XL toddler, maybe). The fabric was cheap in addition to lacking any compression or butt-lifting panels. When I opened a case with Paypal, the seller requested photos of the fit, which I couldn't provide because I can't get something that small ON. Do NOT waste your money.

6 weeks no package. Keep sending excuses and telling me to wait. Scam!!

If I could give this company a zero I would! I ordered items that they advertised for holiday decorations in November, and they have not arrived at my house yet. It is now February. Christmas has come and gone. I have repeatedly requested a refund from them as well as PayPal, and I have not gotten a refund or any resolution. Avoid this company, this couple at all costs because it will only cost you more.

I ordered translation earbuds on Dec 1, 2024 for Christmas gifts, they didn’t arrive until Jan 22, 2025. Emailed the company MULTIPLE times and they kept saying they were expediting the shipping. I was unaware they were coming from the Czech Republic. When I requested to return them for a full refund since by this point they were no longer needed nor wanted they kept refusing. I spent $78 and “the best” they could me was $24 refunded back but I get to keep the unwanted earbuds. They do not care about their customers only the money.

Horrible company/Buyer Beware you will not receive your item! “Customer service” gives you a run around /circle jerk I ordered a coffee mug to which I never received shipment never updated after 2 months, after I reached out to customer service they continued to say I would receive it. I requested a refund both never happened a waste of money & time.

I ordered garland on 11/19/24 and never received it. They refuse to refund my money saying it was delivered, but it was not. Such a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Overcharged my PayPal account
The charge was split into 2 smaller charges. I contacted them and they apologized and refunded me a portion of the overcharge. Once gloves arrived that were cheap quality, to small,
And provided no insulation against the cold. Their ad clearly stated thermal, waterproof and touch screen. Well I went outside and felt the cold immediately. I contacted them to say I wanted a refund. They offered me $2.00 refund. What a joke. Hope this testimony spares anyone else being ripped off. Stay clear of this scam company. Don’t throw your money away here.

I ordered a 9ft garland on 16th Nov 2024 and eventually received in the middle of January 2025, way to late for Christmas. The product looks nothing like what they have advertised and is not 9ft long! It is extremely sparse and looks very fake and plastic. I do not recommend this company

I never received my order I placed in November for some Christmas garland! I tried contacting them through paypal and they gave me some fraudulent tracking number saying it was delivered. So since they gave a tracking number and said it was delivered paypal sided with them!! The tracking number was to someone else's address though!! NEVER buy from this SCAM company!!

Ordered a translating device on Dec 7, 2024 and finally arrived a month later, device did to work as advertised and asked for refund so they offered $6 on a $20 item, but the offered $4 the first time. I asked for a full refund and now they want me to pay for shipping back toe get refund.

My order was placed on Dec 8 a coat for my daughter for Christmas. When I didn’t get it by Christmas I told the company I didn’t want it but they said there wasn’t anything they could do to stop order. Finally received it January 15 poor quality and the size is off to the same size in our country. I immediately contacted them and they refused a refund. I am working with PayPal to get a refund.

Total scam. Ordered in November 2024. It is now January 17,2025. Still haven't received my order.

This site is a scam they will send tracking never the package.

I guess I'll join the rest who were scammed on this site. Ordered $200 worth of garland in Mid November. Still have not received it despite them claiming that they lost track of it in the US and immediately sent a new parcel. New parcel tracking says it was delivered to a "parcel locker" But where? I have no idea where this lock would be. I can't imaging 75 feet of garland fitting in my mailbox so I know it's not there!!

Could not believe I fell for this scam. Ordered in early Dec and still have not received the items. Tracking keeps saying it's in transit, started from Norway and now it's stuck in Lawrence US. Ha! considered money thrown out of the window. Do NOT order from them.

Awful placed order in November 2024 still not here total waste of money they should never be allowed to advertise again
