ordered for next day delivery over 2 weeks ago and not received my order or any information. contacted through instagram and email and no response!

Ordered 3 items and kept all 3 as beautiful quality and fit. Delivery also arrived next day when I only paid for standard. Will definitely re order

I don't understand the bad reviews for this shop, my own experience was fantastic. I ordered a jacket on Thursday night and received it on Saturday lunch time. The faux fur jacket is fabulous, the price was reduced and I got a further 10% off as a new customer. I would absolutely recommend.

Ich habe einen Fellmantel bestellt. Die Qualität war sehr schlecht. Keine Taschen, konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Schlechtes Fellimitat und viel zu gross. Sah anders aus als auf den Bildern.
Konnte auch nicht an meine Adresse geschickt werden, sondern musste ihn an einer Packststion abholen.
Rücksendung bzw. Rückerstattung geht nur mit Gutschein vom shop.
Schlechter Kundenservice. Besser gar nicht erst dort bestellen.

There’s so many bad reviews which I didn’t realise at the time of ordering until afterwards when I looked and then was worried but I was so glad I still ordered because I had absolutely no issues and everything was fine. I ordered and within 2 days it was delivered to me and looks exactly like website and is a beautiful fur jacket. Thanks so much!

I have ordered two dresses from them over 3 weeks ago now, and neither have turned up. I have emailed them, messaged on instagram and no reply to get my money back. I have now had to dispute this with my bank.

Terrible experience
Customer service communication is terrible - I do not have my order, seems like other customers have had this experience too.
Not solution provided will not be ordering again.

Worst customer service. Never get a reply from them. Ordered item which was pre order delivery before 17th October. Today is 21st October no sign of my item and no reply from anybody.

I ordered a dress with next day delivery for my birthday. It has been over a week and I haven't received it. I havent got any response on Instagram or email when ive asked for a refund

The returns is a nightmare, the customer service takes years to respond. The clothing is not what is advertised on the website. I am genuinely so shocked with this company! I had high hopes, really disappointed.

I was notified by DHL that my order was delayed to the store not providing details for customs when shipping to the US. I myself had to track down the package and reach out via email to DHL to try and get them the information they need on the items. Aria Cove has yet to respond to my emails but this is super unacceptable. These dresses I ordered for my birthday with a weeks additional time to make sure they arrived before I leave for Greece in three days. Now I don’t think there is any way these dresses make it to me in time. I wish I had ordered from a different retailer without these issues.

Fits perfectly and feels comfortable.

Prices are fair for the quality you get. My skirt feels durable and looks elegant.

Great service, great clothes, couldn't ask for more.
