Their price was a little less than the others and we ordered a Samsung phone. Then we noticed the number three on the receipt. Then a package arrived. We phoned to query this and spoke to a machine. The agent who called back had very little English, most of which was incomprehensible. He said they would send the other two tomorrow. In fact all three had arrived together, and all had Arabic writing on their boxes. We picked one and inserted its IMEI into the Samsung registration site. This told us that the phone was made for use in the UAE and had no warranty or repair facility in the UK. With great difficulty we agreed a return. The instructions were to use Royal Mail and all the original packaging, which we did, and to email them the tracking receipt. As they advertised “Free Returns” prominently, we also emailed the Post Office receipt. The three phones together were worth more that the standard “Signed For” insurance, so we had to buy the extra. They refunded the purchase price for the three phones. But after multiple requests, they have never refunded the £10 postage cost.

First time user great experience phones advertised as brand new was expecting bundle wrap and a cheaper was so amazed to see an actual brand new phone in box sealed with definitely use again great saving well done

It was delivered quickly,which was excellent however I received a Samsung Galaxy A15 single sim. You stated on your were website that you were selling the dual sim version which is what I wanted.This was disappointing.
