Played here a total of ten deposits ranging from 20-500€. On my latest deposit I ran my 250€ deposit to over 14000€ on gates 1k. First withdrawal of 10000€ was in my account in less than 30 minutes after the withdrawal request. For the remaining 4450€ I got different errors on the site, which the support couldnt help me with. The live chat function was painfully obviously an AI, not a human.

I strongly advise against playing at Arctic Casino. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings using both my bank card and bank transfer, and both attempts have mysteriously “failed.” After spending the entire morning on the phone with my bank, they confirmed that there is absolutely no issue on their end—meaning the problem lies with Arctic Casino.

Despite multiple emails requesting proof of my bank declining the transactions, Arctic Casino has failed to provide any valid explanation. What makes this even more suspicious is that I have withdrawn from their sister site, iBet, with no problems at all. If iBet can process withdrawals smoothly, why is Arctic Casino unable (or unwilling) to do the same?

Their customer support provides generic responses without actually resolving the issue, and it seems like they are deliberately obstructing withdrawals. This is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

If you value your money and time, stay away from Arctic Casino. There are plenty of legitimate online casinos that don’t play games with your withdrawals.

Varning för scam, dom tar gärna emot pengar men man vinner ingenting. Kollar man sedan lite noggrannare så ser man att RTP i snitt ligger flera procent lägre än motsvarande på andra seriösa sidor.

Arctic Casino har nu spammat mig sedan väl månad tillbaka med emails där dem utger sig för att vara någon helt annan.

Kollar man sedan upp företaget så existerar dem inte fullt ut i Sverige och således följer knappast inte Svenska lagar.
