Archpublic Anmeldelser

Everyone at Arch have a phenomenal mixture of knowledge, patience, and humor - from my first day, tools are given with guidance, backed by a sincere desire for each of their clients to succeed. Their product line has continually diversified and improved as they actively seek client feedback to build the next solution.
If you are working with the crypto algos, you absolutely must talk with Ryan - he has an uncanny ability to meet clients where they are, break complexity down to simple concepts, and make sure you finish feeling heard and concerns addressed. He will ensure you have another time scheduled if you need it, or even just to check back in on the things you covered. He acts as a true partner in the process.

It’s been a journey of discovery, from my initial research into AP I felt it was an honest trustworthy company and a face to face zoom with Andrew Parish made my wife feel comfortable to come on board. Since starting I have been guided by Austin Metzger who has help me enormously. He is very knowledgeable and patient, 6 months in the results have been great. Thank you Austin and AP

Archpublic has provided such a great experience for me as I dip into algorithmic trading utilizing their expertise. I just started in late June and have already had 23% gains. Their approach takes a bunch of the fear out of the trading equation. I can sit back and watch their plan take effect without having to intervene or let uncertainty cloud my judgement. Austin has been great walking me thru the setup process as well!

The future is here- hop on the train or get left behind. Arch Public is an amazing platform offering agentic trading techniques to retail investors. I use both crypto and equity services. The support is agile and engaging. I learn more with every remote session, and have virtually immediate access to the support team by text, appointment, and their new office hours format. Austin is my liaison, and is always polite and eager to help as we build out my portfolio together. Dump the benchmark, algorithmic past and join the wave (literally)- Arch Public is the new standard.

I’ve been working with the team at Arch Public for a while now and have been very happy with the experience.

The team have been great to work with from day one. They’re always available when I have a question, very informative and take the time to explain how everything works without overcomplicating it.

The biggest thing for me has been the completely hands-off approach. I wanted something systematic and emotionless that I could essentially set and forget, without feeling the need to constantly watch the markets or interfere with the strategy. That’s exactly what I’ve got.

It allows me to get on with my day-to-day professional life knowing the algos are doing what they’re designed to do in the background.

Very happy with the algos, the team and the overall experience so far. Would definitely recommend Arch Public.

I work in AI, and so I thought I was going to write my own app. Antigravity —> Cursor —> Grok —> Claude. Crypto & brokerage APIs & reports. Backtesting…

No. Stop it.

These gents have cracked a code. Their algos are legit. The team is fantastic. I have learned more in the last 3 months working with them (thanks, Austin!) than in the last 2 years of solo trading & HODLing. And the results speak for themselves. If you are serious about growing your financial base by playing stocks & crypto, Arch gives you a leg-up that you are just not going to find anywhere else.

Austin’s dedicated support and guidance with my self-directed crypto IRA have been absolute game-changers—I couldn't ask for a better Concierge partner at Arch Public!

I have been working with Austin for about 6 months to fine tune my algorithmic setups that are now going really well. My questions are always answered easily to provide clarity for my understanding of how the system works. My BTC accumulation goals are well on their way to fruition.

These guys are awesome, both Ryan and Austin. Tillman, Andrew, Todd, everyone on the team is great and super friendly and aim to serve. So thankful that I have these new tools. The set up process was clean for someone with moderate trading experience. Once you have these tools, making money is so much easier. Thanks boys! You are all great.

Austin is always available and generous with his time to help me with my account. I thank him for his patience and expertise, walking me through the settings to ensure that I stay on track track. I added more capital to my account because I want to expand on my growth. I started my crypto roth 5 weeks ago, and today I'm about $10k ahead of a buy and hold strategy with Arch Public. They truly changed my life, and my crypto roth is crushin' it! Thanks Austin for everything! I can't wait to see what happens next!

After several years of investing in Bitcoin and crypto, I experienced the frustration of missing major selling opportunities and making costly trading mistakes. After realizing I needed a more structured approach, I reached out to Arch Public.

From my first conversation with Andrew, I felt confident I was working with a team that genuinely cared about helping clients succeed. Since joining, I’ve worked with Austin, Todd, Ryan, Josh, and Daniel, and the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and support has been outstanding.

Austin and Ryan have been especially helpful in getting me set up and answering my questions throughout the process. What stands out most is that I’ve never felt like just another client—I’ve consistently felt supported and valued.

I’m grateful for the team’s guidance and look forward to continuing to work with them. Thank you to everyone at Arch Public for the excellent service and support.

I’m still a relative newbie but very impressed by personal and very personable support given, mostly by Austin, so far…to get me up and running and answer my various questions.

Austin took the time on Saturday to help me tune up my algos, and providing some tutelage so that I better understood how the different parameters affect what the algos did. Kudos to Austin for a job well done! Keep up the good work, and stay safe and healthy.

I had an excellent experience with this concierge service. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, organized, and very helpful. The staff stayed in constant contact to make sure I was properly paired with a team member who could walk me through the program and explain everything in detail.

What really stood out was the open communication. Even between scheduled meetings, I always felt like I had access to support and guidance. You can meet as often as needed, as long as you sign up for an available time slot, and email communication is always there to help bridge any knowledge gaps along the way.

Overall, the service felt professional, responsive, and thoughtfully structured.

I've interacted with 5 different people at Archpublic and all have been professionals with the heart of a teacher (good teachers). Instructive and patient while inviting me to share my strategy and needs. I have 2 accounts using 9 different algos, actively arbing our crypto bags - day and night. What a great service!

I have been working with Arch Public since February. I traveled to BIW in NYC and met just about everyone on their team. I echo every positive point from other reviews. The entire team is on top of their game. Their level of service is unmatched in my experience. They have built something special and continue to iterate and innovate. I am grateful Directed IRA let me know about Arch Public and I engaged. I look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.

I have been a Concierge member just under a year. My only complaint was the taxes I had to pay on my gains! The team are informative and very personable who helped set up the algorithms with Btc and Sol which exceeded my goals. White glove service is always available for any concerns. This algorithmic trading has taken the stress and anxiety from making great gains.

First off, Arch Public’s customer service is second to none. I am so happy for Directed trust company’s recommendation. Austin is the best. I am a 61 year-old union pipe fitter and not at all good with computers and his patience with me, navigating the way through Trading View and the set up was great. Now I just sit back and let Arch Public cook. Thanks Arch Public, especially Austin!

First heard about Arch Public while listening to founders Andrew and Tillman on Scott Melker’s Wolf of All Streets for a year or so. After deciding that I would rather spend more quality time with my family than researching and trading crypto, endless stress, I finally reached out to AP. I have now been a happy customer for almost a full year and couldn't be happier with the customer service and results of the algorithm. More than that, I actually got to meet in person my Rep Austin Metzger and founders Andrew and Tillman at Bitcoin Investors Week! They are a class act all around! Highly recommend them to all my friends.

First of all this app is amazing with what it does and Austin who has helped me set this up has always been there for me and the concierge team is amazing and I highly recommend Arch Public!!!!!
