dishonest company
they said I claimed for subsidence. They surveyed the property & said it is NOT SUBSIDENCE & now wont cover me for the subsidence I dont have in my property!
EVEN THEIR OWN SURVEYOR SAID NOT SUBSIDENCE!

Very helpful
Was hitting a brick wall with an ongoing claim, I spoke to a lady call Shahnaz, she made a couple of calls and got the other parties back on thier toes within hours, very understanding and attentive, listened to all I said and acted accordingly.
