Brilliant service from Mario at…
Brilliant service from Mario at Archers. We had an issue with pigeons in our roof and Mario sensitively and humanely carried out the job in one visit. He’s a lovely chap and very professional and knowledgable- taking the time to talk through the problem and solution. Reasonable price also. I would definitely recommend Archers and would book again if the pesky pests returned! Thank you!

Brilliant and effective pest control contractor
Having recently employed Archers to cover sites that we manage across London and Essex, I have been really impressed with their service. We have had a sizeable rodent issue at some of our sites and Archers have worked really hard to get this under control, nothing seems to be too much trouble and the team are great at communication and keeping me informed. Special mention to Paul, who is so helpful and knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about the work Archers do.

A smooth & professional experience
Everything went smoothly from booking the visit through receiving useful automated updates to the technician contacting me saying he could be earlier if that helped.
He then identified the issue explained the plan and set the boxes.
The return visit was equally efficient.
They should set up a plumbing and electrical business!!

We were disappointed with the service
We were disappointed with the service. During the visit, the technician was not proactive at all and did not explain much what could be the problems. We had to keep asking questions and persuade the technician to check the possible entry points. The second visit was even worse. The technician just put poison and left as quickly as he could. We thought it was not satisfactory service at all.
