I can't contain my excitement about my recent purchase! I ordered three Arc frames for my iPhone 15 Max Pro and 17 Max Pro three weeks ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with how they look! The material is top-notch, and the sleek design is simply stunning.

However, I did experience a small hiccup. After just a week of use, the bottom part of one frame came loose without me even noticing. I was out with friends, retracing my steps in hopes of finding it, but no luck. I immediately reached out to customer support, and to my surprise, they responded in under 12 hours!

Not only did they offer to replace the frame since it was brand new, but I also added a photo and my order number. Just two days later, I received the replacement! They sent me a full frame, from top to bottom, which was fantastic.

A huge thank you to the Arc team for their incredible support! I highly recommend this company for their amazing products and outstanding customer service. You won't be disappointed!

Bought the Arc Pulse and shield for my iPhone 17 and that’s the perfect case for it, get compliments on it all the time and my phone it’s fully protected while looking better than without the case! On top of it when I needed the customer service they were excellent and solved all for me in the best and quickest way possible. I’ll be a loyal customer

I had a great experience as I was able to be accommodated in a way the Company did not have to but chose to. This resulted in me not only having a positive opinion already for the product but left a strong impression that the customer experience in actually valued.

I was very happy with this case at first. I got it in matte orange and the color looks great. The design is clean and premium. I previously owned a polished aluminum version, which held up reasonably well for about 6 months and only showed scuff marks on the contact surfaces.

However, after only 2 weeks of normal use, this one already has visible damage.

My phone was never dropped. I always carry it in my pocket, with no keys or other sharp objects. The damage most likely came from the pocket zipper, which is a normal everyday situation. The case now has a clear chip and several smaller chips in a straight line, even in a recessed area that should not be exposed.

The brand states that this case is “built to last as long as your iPhone.” My phone has been carried in the same pocket since October and shows no damage, so there is a clear mismatch between this claim and the real-world durability of the case. While I understand the anodizing process may differ from Apple’s, the marketing still creates the expectation of comparable durability.

Based on how the chipping looks, it may be due to poor adhesion between the anodized layer and the aluminum underneath. I cannot say whether this is a one-off issue or a broader manufacturing problem, but it is definitely concerning.

This is a protective case at a premium price, around 100 CHF with import taxes. At this price, I expected it to handle basic everyday situations without getting damaged so quickly.

It looks good, but it does not hold up. There is a clear gap between what you expect from a premium protective case and what you actually get, especially given the way it is marketed.

I have contacted the company and will update this review if they respond.

Based on my experience, I would currently avoid this specific version, as the issue may not be limited to one unit. For the other versions, purchase them for the looks, but do not expect the durability to match the way it is advertised.

Products are great in respect of design and materials, finishing touch. One of a kind.

Customer support is excellent, the team is very responsive and helpful. Happy to order again from Arc!

Expensive product that has serious issues.
1. RFID payments will not work with your iphone when the Arc Iphone 17 Pro Max protection is installed
2. Already damaged at one corner and paint was showing the aluminium scratch

About 3 years ago, I purchased a phone case from Arc for my Samsung S23 Ultra and enjoyed it very much. It's great to be able to feel the smartphone in the hand as opposed to having this thick, invasive overlay on it. I like how the Arc case enhances the smartphone's design. Well, I was really excited to order the case for the new Samsung S26 Ultra and had ordered the Arc case in advance because it was going to be a "smash hit" combination of the aluminum graphite on sky blue. However, I wasn't able to qualify for the phone and had to reverse the transaction. Arc handled it with no delays. I look forward to ordering it again when my financial situation changes. Arc Rocks!

Speedy response, went out of their way and sent replacement after losing the bottom piece

Held of buying this as I thought it was a little expensive. However took the plunge when I couldn’t find anything else like this anywhere… also the cost justifies being able to feel my phone, see my phone for what it is whilst being fully protected. I’ve had my arc case since 01/01/2026 and there’s not a single mark on the exposed areas of my iPhone. For reference I have a silver IPhone 17 Pro Max and I ordered the chrome arc case. I’ve had compliments on this case as well. Honestly I 100% recommend!

The "case" is the thing I needed all these years, and no one had created. Until now. This is an absolute marvel. It looks great. It feels great.

I am extremely disappointed with Arc Pulse Care. I purchased the gold case, and right out of the box the bottom part was not symmetrical, which was very noticeable and unacceptable for such an expensive product.

What made the situation worse was the customer service. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone, and no one was willing to initiate a refund or properly address my concern. I ended up just dealing with it because I had already paid a high price.

After only a couple of days of use, the case detached somewhere and I couldn’t find it anymore. I was very upset and frustrated because this product is not cheap, and for something so expensive, the quality and durability were very disappointing.

When I tried to look for a replacement, I found out that you cannot just replace one part — you have to buy the entire case again, which is very unreasonable considering the price.

Overall, I am very frustrated and disappointed that I paid so much for a product that was defective, didn’t last, and had poor customer service support. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

i lost the bottom part of the case as it did not fit as snug as the top. i did order another one on March 28th. still waiting. there is no real time tracking. it continues to say “in transit”. the delivery date keeps changing. this item is too expensive to not have a more accurate tracking system. it’s like lucy moving the ball on charlie brown.
just found out (4.6) shipment was lost. i have asked for expedited shipping of new item but do not think it is going to happen.

Arc were very responsive in handling a return when I received a case and I realised I had ordered the wrong size. Their customer service was very helpful, easy to deal with, and made the returns process easy too. Plus the products are great, I love my case
