Frustrating at first as Unable to get in contact by phone, Live Chat had no response.. however the feedback via e mail was brilliant.. this led to my order via the web site which intern led to my order being delivered by 14:00 the following day.. recommend highly..

Good communication & fast delivery

We did click and collect. The member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, giving us all the extra information we needed. Firebricks well packaged, even though for click and collect.

We had our Arada Hamlet 5kW stove fitted by a local fitter here in Preston (Jim Beeseley); it's been superb/faultless and kicks out a lot of heat when required!

We use a mix of hornbeam, ash & birch and if we want a slow burn throughout the day; well get it going with birch and then use smokeless coal from our local coal guy, Peter & H&H fuels.

Would highly recommend the Arada stove; if we were able to submit pictures I would!

I have recently received my Hoxton 7kw wood burning stove as advised by the great team at Arada. It is exactly what they said it would be. It heats my room as it should. You can tell the quality is great and it is all British made. Definitely recommend

Recently purchased a lovely stove. Such great quality and when I called Arada directly they were more than helpful. Answered all my questions! Arada have a lot of different stoves to choose from and it’s great that they can talk you through which stove is best for your home! As we have had it a number of weeks now it’s just how we imagined it would be!
Highly recommend!

I purchased a Deck Chimenea for the spring/summer months (May even try the Autumn if we continue having this weather) and it has been a fantastic addition to our evenings. To sit outside with a glass of wine with friends and have a lovely warm fire. The sales team were fantastic, especially Alice whom answered any questions I had. Really great service, quick delivery :)

Our Solution 5 Widescreen Bioethanol fire is fantastic. No installation needed, large viewing area and great heat output considering the low cost of bioethanol fuel. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending an Arada stove to anyone.

Can’t believe some of the reviews on here. We bought an Arada stove 2 years ago & can only say it’s an amazing piece of kit. Burns well, easy to look after & looks good.
Can recommend their stoves 100%!

I recently had the pleasure of using Arada Stoves, and I’m incredibly impressed. From start to finish, they provided exceptional support and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about addressing my needs and questions. Big Shout out to Alice who processed my order so quickly and the warehouse team who got my order out so fast.

We love our stove - it's transformed our room and looks beautiful. It also gives out so much more heat than we expected - so much so bought two!
Am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews on here and I can only go by my experience - Highly recommend Arada stoves to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality service. I'll definitely be a returning customer
