J'ai pas reçu ma commande ça fait 2 semaines et j'ai appelé le service client personne qui répond

Vraiment depuis que je connais « Arabian Mood » je n’ai plus mis les pieds dans une seule boutique de parfumerie connu aux prix exorbitant…
Là vous vous faites plaisir en achetant plusieurs parfums pour toutes la famille dans une fourchette raisonnable,
Vous pouvez avoir des parfums allant à plus de 100€ mais en terme général ça varie entre 25 et 45€
Ce qui est très très raisonnable et de plus y’en as pour tous le monde que ce soit épicé, boisé, vanillée, fruité, musc…
En plus y’a beaucoup de promo …avec Arabian Mood,
C’est le black Friday ainsi que la White Friday quasi toute l’année
Donc je me fais plaisir plus que souvent,
Je recommande chaleureusement juste de tester un jour… vous serez pas déçue, le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant

Je recommande ce site, pour y avoir passé commande et cela depuis maintenant plus de 2ans. Je n’ai jamais eu de problème de livraison, toute les commandes on était livré en temps et en heure. Le vendeur est à l’écoute et sait conseiller en fonction de quel type de parfum je recherche et il y a de très bons parfums à des prix très attractifs donc n’hésitez pas.

Excellent parfum rien à dire

J’ai commandé le parfum Liquide Brun sur le site, et il est excellent ! La livraison était rapide, le produit de qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Cela fait plusieurs années que j'achète mes parfums chez Arabian Mood, je possède une dizaine de parfums de chez Arabian mood et je n'ai jamais été déçu, ils proposent des parfums de qualité à des prix très abordables.
Ils sont très accessibles via leur réseau sociaux et peuvent vous conseiller selon vos goûts et vos envies, on sent que ce sont de vrais passionnés de parfumerie.
Je suis surpris des mauvais avis concernant la livraison car je n'ai jamais eu de problème a ce sujet.
Je recommande vivement Arabian mood.

je n’ai jamais recu le produit ni le numero de suivi ! Ce site est une arnaque totale, aucune reponse du service client, le formulaire de contact tout comme le mail ne fonctionnent pas.

Does false advertising on their website for perfumes that they have from different Arab perfume houses. When you receive the wrong product and contact them, then you are not able to get a response from them.

I will try contacting you all again, but I will finish with reporting you all if I do not hear from you.

Placed an order at the end of August, it is now December 3rd. Order not received. I emailed them multiple times but no response. So I left a bad review on here, then miraculously out of the blue I get an email from them saying that the courier lost the parcel and since it has been 3 months they can’t do anything. They said they will give me a full refund and 20% off my best order. But I’m wondering why on the 3 months they could not respond to even just one of my emails to explain the situation.

I respond to the email as the full refund they said they would give me is less than what I purchased the order for. So I asked why I am getting less money as a refund when I paid more money for my total order. But surprise surprise, no response.

I think they only respond when they receive a bad review. They can keep the 20% discount because I’m never ordering from them again.

Never received the goods, I have since learnt there shop is closed, wish i had checked them out first so now £45 out of pocket, email no response WhatsApp no response

I was at work when my order got delivered, got an email from Evri saying it was successfully delivered and saw that it was left outside on my doorstep for everyone to see. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to workout that that wasn’t a smart thing to do and of course by the time I returned home from work that evening, my order was gone. I reached out to Arabian mood customer service and heard nothing for several days. I then reached out again and received the strangest response I’ve ever encountered - and I work as a Customer Service manager so I’ve seen my fair share of awful examples of customer service but this took it to new heights - they told me that it was my fault for not providing a delivery preference! Huh? It is not mandatory to provide a delivery preference if your preference is to have your order delivered directly to you or someone within your household. I live surrounded by students so I would never leave a preference for my orders to be delivered anywhere else.

But Arabian Mood placed no blame whatsoever on the courier for leaving the parcel outside on the ground for EVERYONE passing by to see.

Instead, they decided to breach my consumer rights and break consumer law when all they needed to do was file a claim with Evri for the missing order and offer me a full refund or replacement in the meantime. Evri would review the evidence and have no choice but to reimburse them for the missing order because of the negligent delivery, but they didn’t even attempt to do this.

I was condescendingly blamed for not being home when my delivery was made (something that happens everyday with millions of other orders and brands - I wish I could include their email here for you all to see) and then they provided a discount code to use on another order - as if anyone in their right mind would order with them again after having this experience and response!!!

There’s good customer service out there, the kind that makes you want to tell everyone you know about how they went above and beyond to help you, and then there are companies and customer service like this. The kind that leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes you want to warn other so that they don’t have to experience the same thing. The complete disregard for the fact that I’ve paid for something I still haven’t received is something I haven’t experienced before, so be warned!
