Aquatica Bath Anmeldelser

The Aquatica website is super informative and easy to use, Maria was great to work with, and I look forward to receiving my new Purescape 171 bathtub soon!

Online chat was very helpful and informative. Even explained shipping times based on inventory.

Provided precise specifications to questions about installation. Delivered in good shape to UPS where we picked it up. Well packaged for transport.

Ordered my tub on March 14 and was quoted 8 weeks delivery, the middle of May. Eight weeks passed and I called customer service and was informed the tub was delayed and it will be another 2-4 weeks. Three weeks passed, early June, and I called customer service and was informed the tub would arrive the week of June 14. Then I received my first official update from Aquatica on June 17, informing me the tub has an ETA scheduled for the week of June 28.

On a scale of 1-10 for customer communication, my rating is a strong 1.

I have not seen the tub so I cannot comment on its quality. Hopefully, I can update this review and say the wait was worth it.

Goran was wonderful and patient with me answering my endless questions!

I'll be back and will let my friends and clients know about your company and Goran.

Our new tub is perfect. There was some difficulty getting shipping status, however, the shipping itself was flawless. The tub was packed very securely and in arrive without a hint of damage. In fact, the crate was the best I have ever seen.

Thank you

This is my 2nd Aquatica bathtub purchased. My first stone tub was the Arturo , and was in love with my Japanese soaking tub. This time I visited their new showroom in Miami and tried out the Sofia. And aim getting the Sofia, I love both Tubs but for my New house the Sofia works better with the space and I love the size of the tub. The people that work for the company are amazing, informative an truly helpful. One of the best purchases I've ever made. 5 stars....

Customer service has been great! Very excited to receive my order!

We love the customers services! The product was amazing too! Can’t be happier. Now my son enjoy taking a bath in the new big tub :)

Very responsive sales and customer support staff. Made the purchase very easy. Thanks!

Customer service is alive and well at Aquatica. Always received quick responses to the on line chat. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very, very helpful.

Had some questions and issues regarding shipping (due to my error) that took several days to resolve. The persistence and speedy feedback from online chat customer service was the best I have experienced online. 5 Stars. Looking forward to receiving our tub.

I originally felt the customer service side of this company was lacking and reviewed it as such. Aquatica immediately took obvious interest in my review, reached out to me, and made every effort to ensure I was kept up to speed on my order. The top of the Sales Division personally ensured this. Impressive attention to detail. I stand corrected on my initial Trustpilot review.

Aquatica consultants were readily available to chat online, and they answered my questions quickly. The consultant offered to ship my plumbing kit ahead of my tub (which is special order) so the plumbing could be ready prior to the arrival of the tub. I'm excited to receive my items.

Great customer service, very helpful.

Overpriced for what it is. One of the feet for the bottom broke when installing it. Had to put wood blocks under it to keep it stable. Contractor couldn't get the acrylic wrapped around the tub to look even all around...it looks higher in some places. If I had to purchase again I would make a different selection.

Love the tub, its a work of art.

Goran was very helpful and the purchase process was relatively straight forward

Every part of the purchasing process was first class! I used the chat function several times while I was shopping and tracking my order, and the representative was courteous, knowledgable, and responsive. The bathtub is beautiful and well made. It’s the perfect addition to my custom bathroom!

I visited the website several times during my exploration of tubs. I was impressed with the videos demonstrating different heights of models in the bath tub. I was also happy to find more detailed drawings on the bathtub. Because this is a big purchase and I was unsure of what kind of bathtub would fit my needs, I used the icon asking if I needed help. I was very happy with the assistance given. I would definitely recommend Aquatica for future buyers.
