Really like the product, it makes maintaining the hot tub easy & less effort. The water quality is much better. The service was really good from ordering to receiving with updates at each step. Would recommend.

I’ve only given my hot tub two doses of aquasure so far and I can feel an improvement in the water quality, and it is staying clear so far. The water quality in my area is terrible so my expectations are not that great and to date I am pleasantly surprised.
However, I am finding that I am putting more bromine/chlorine into the tub, but I can put up with that. Seems to be a good product and hopefully will pay dividends within a few weeks.

I was sceptical at first how Aquasure could make that much difference but I was truly surprised, the water felt softer and silkier, It almost felt as if it had less resistance against you and after you get out of the hot tub your skin didn't feel as dry afterwards, I would highly recommend this product.

I've been using Aquasure religiously since early February 2025, cleverly lured by the bold promise of reducing chlorine consumption by up to 80%. Unfortunately, in my case, it’s had the opposite effect. It's not reduced my chlorine usage, it’s more than doubled it! A bold strategy indeed.

To be fair, I’ve spoken with Ross at the Hot Tub Superstore — a very helpful chap with worthy suggestions — but despite following all advice to the letter (expensive new filter, meticulous water balancing, full tub drain-down and refill, pipe cleaning… you name it), I’m still pouring chlorine into this thing like it’s going out of fashion. We’re talking 20 to 30mg a day, which feels a bit more "chlorine buffet" than "chlorine reduction."

And apparently I'm the only one having this issue. Oh dear, must just be me and my uniquely cursed existence. Clearly the product is perfect and I’m just using it wrong! :(

Now, just to rule it out, it’s not the water supply. Everything was fine before Aquasure entered the picture, so unless my water has suddenly developed a personality disorder, the finger points fairly and squarely back at the product.

That said, credit where it’s due — the water does feel nicer. Softer, clearer, almost spa-like. If only it didn’t come with the chemical demands of a municipal swimming pool, I’d be thrilled.

Bottom line? If you're looking to dramatically cut chlorine use, maybe try witchcraft. In my experience Aquasure certainly isn’t the magic solution it claims to be.

This is an absolute dream product! Literally just use once a week. My hot tub water is silky soft and more importantly, because I have sensitive skin, I’m using so much less chlorine & other nasties. My family have noticed such a difference too saying that it really feels like a spa. The service is so easy, prompt delivery, hassle free. Would highly recommend. I’ve now signed up to the subscription saving even more money. Very happy customer.
