I purchased one of the cool coats at Crufts and was told what size I would need by the person selling them. I brought this for my Cavalier king charles spaniel who is elderly and has a heart condition.
She has only had this on two times and both times has fallen down the stairs wearing it.
I emailed the company and asked for a refund and explained to them that it comes to far down at the front and is making her fall, I was told that because its over 14 days and she has worn it that I'm not entitled to a refund
Not even a sorry that this has happened , nothing.
Of course it was over 14 days it was brought at crufts it's not hot then

Bought and XL dry bag for my dog at crufts. Other than trying it on her, I have used it three times. The third time the zip has come completely off. Contacted the company to be told it was too long after I bought it to help. They haven’t even asked to see it, to know it’s almost brand new. Not fit for purpose. Disappointing customer service.

I bought some large and medium Aquafibre® towels in gorgeous purple, emerald green and petrol blue.

These are nothing like the old thin & unpleasant camping microfibre towels I’d come across before. They feel thicker, soft, great quality and super absorbent. I’m rather jealous they don’t come in bath sheet size for me.

I keep the medium size towels by the doors for drying paws and the large in the bathroom for times the dogs need a full shower. One of the dogs has a habit of rolling in all types of excrement and once even human vomit she found in the local park. 🤢

These super towels get the dogs dry faster, the towels themselves dry very quickly and they look wonderful.
