Friendly, efficient and excellent job!

Found ourselves without hot water in the middle of the pandemic. Diagnosis visit was arranged quickly and the necessary parts were sourced swiftly and fitted as soon as possible. All Aquaheat employees were polite, friendly, and helpful. Will use again.

Aquaheat replaced my old boiler and also fitted me a new bathroom. The service that I received was excellent, professional and friendly. All communication was excellent from the administration staff to the fitters. Would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again

Aquaheat changed my economy 7 water heater. This was not an easy job, given the size of the heater, but the Aquaheat engineers worked quickly to remove and replace it.
I found the service provided by Aquaheat to be very efficient, both for the initial visit to asses the problem and when the job was done, the engineers turned up exactly on time and were very polite, professional and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Faulty water heater was replaced today, as arranged. The whole job was completed quickly and without any problems. After testing, etc, everything was cleaned up and all items removed, great job from a very good tradesman... well done.

Would definitely recommend using Aquaheat. Fast and efficient service even in lockdown! I had quite a few visits and each of the technicians were following the Covid-19 guidelines and taking precautions. Very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I required 1 more additional visit to get my new boiler up and running. This was done within hours the next day of the new one being installed and was fixed for me in a matter of minutes. Great company and will be using them again in the future.

This was my annual boiler service and went very well. Talked through system issues and came up with short and medium term solutions.

Second visit by engineer Chris, on both occasions he was very friendly, polite and considerate.
All work carried out to a high standard, he even enquired if his previous job had continued to meet our requirements.

Based on my experience of two jobs/visits, and the interaction with Nicola and Jon on the phone, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really amazing service. Despite having less than half their workforce working in these difficult times, the very same day I called, they found an engineer to help my elderly mum with dementia.
