A very impressive ad on fb for an air cooler (during the hottest part of this summer). Fortunately they do not accept paypal and I used my Barclays debit card. I got an immediate response. Basically that was the last I heard other than an email a few weeks later asking how I liked the product. (Obviously done to make it seem they had sent the product). I sent them three emails - no response at all. Then I contacted my bank and asked for a charge back. This was dealt with and I now have my £50 back. All thanks to my bank. I also contacted fb and logged Aquagallon as a fraud or a scam. They replied that it did not contravene their terms of service. BEWARE. Do not purchase anything via fb unless you check with Trustpilot first. Never purchase anything from Aquagallon - they are thieves. It is disgraceful that they are still operating.

Ordered a fan. Supposed to get 3-5 days but it’s been over a month and it’s not here. Emailed and did chat through WhatsApp chatbox and got ignored. Shocked and surprised how this company even operating. Avoid doesn’t matter how cheap the price.

Its a big scam. I have ordered air cooler and hasn't received it . Its been 3 months now after chasing them all over emails and whtsapp.

I don't how this company is allowed to operate🤬 all they do is scam people

Ordered a fan over 6 weeks ago and not received it. Tried to go on website and domain not found!! Scam!

Ordered but not received no replies to my emails

Ordered and paid for 18th July 26,not delivered and company have not replied to my email mail. I am sure this is a scam.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE THIEVES. aquagallon.co.uk, aquadelivery.co.uk & ecoadelivery.co.uk all seem to be the same company, they all have the same front home page. I am going to be reporting them for fraud. I ordered an item from them approx. 10 days ago with a promised 2-day delivery date. Item has not arrived and all communications have been ignored.
An update for you. If you have problems getting a refund from these people, may I suggest you use what is commonly called ‘’Chargeback’’. You will have to look it up on the internet as it only applies if you paid using a card and every bank has a different system of doing it. ‘’A chargeback in the UK is a voluntary card-scheme protection (offered by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) that allows you to ask your bank to reverse a payment and claw back your money from a retailer's bank if a purchase goes wrong’’ But you do need evidence, so communication by email is vital as a phone call can be denied by either party.
BUT BE WARNED IF YOU USE THE SYSTEM FRAUDULENTLY YOU COULD END UP IN JAIL.
If enough people do it these people may think twice about trading in the UK.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a tower fan over a month ago - multiple chasers in the meantime and no response. I've managed to get the money back through my credit card but don't be fooled, this is NOT a legitimate business.

No delivery and you want to review what zi have not experienced.

2 to 6 days have passed and I get a review for getting no water.

You better refund the full amount as I not been sent an email about the delivery of any water.

I shall call my bank to tell them, I have been scammed or robbed by AquaGallion.

No neighbour deliveries to neighbours and DPD enemies for Life. Dpd is the worst company you can use, as they will damage product than delivering anything.

Take the money and no communication to me the customer. Mentally messed up.

Missing My Waters For The First Time Ever. Went online to be told DPD has damaged my waters and I now have to wait 3-5 for a full refund.

DPD = Deadly Package Dangerous
31st August 2026 and no refund from AquaGallion. Gosh... Day light robbery

4th September 2026 my bank refunded me, as AquaGallion forgot to refund me. AquaGallion uses a famous football player on their promotions and treat customers the way they do. Thank God my bank recognises I do not lie of speak wrongly about others.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a tower fan, received order confirmation and then nothing more after that. Tried sending emails and WhatsApp message to chase the order but just got radio silence. Ended up contacting my bank to claim back on my credit card. Avoid at all costs!!!

I too ordered a cooling fan with a 2/5 day delivery. The money was taken but no goods arrived. Nil response to emails, texts,phone calls. No address to which one can write.
I raised dispute with credit card provider and have now been refunded money

Absolutely useless nothing has turned up no refunds no communication they have either gone bankrupt or a scam

This is a scam, do not use them. I ordered an oscillating tower fan. It didn't arrive so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I received an email confirming my refund and then heard nothing and I didn't receive my money. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

This is a SCAM! You pay and nothing arrives - you try and get hold of someone via watts app (number not recognised); email - no response; online chat - I put my message and no response. I have just flagged with google.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a water cooling fan with 3-5 days delivery. Two weeks later it hasn't arrived and apparently hasn't even been dispatched. I've contacted them through email, chatbot, and Whatsapp and have been completely ignored. I'm normally quite good at spotting scam websites but this looks more professional than most. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

This is a cyber scam and I'm confused as to why this is still trading. It exists to defraud the consumer and their lenders out of their hard earned cash. Scarily AI looks to have built a realistic website that tricked competent and seasoned web users who simply forgot to check trustpilot first

My wife ordered a fan. Very poor communication. 8 days after ordering, with no updates, they email saying they are refunding - with no explanation.
