This was a deeply spiritual journey for us, and having someone as reliable and supportive as Malik organising it allowed us to focus on our Ibadah without distractions. He was always available to answer questions and provided reassurance and guidance whenever we needed it.

I requested quotations for umrah in Nov 25. A lady called Muqaddas replied quite quickly and gave me a few options. She was polite on the phone and helpful. However, I decided not to go ahead with the quotations. I didn’t feel any pressure from this lady to accept any of the deals.

Second time I have used Kiswah Tours. Honestly I can not fault. Flight was on time, Taxi was waiting on the other side, which was provided by them. Even got a confirmation from the driver a day before! Hotels check ins were smooth. Mr Malik even messeged me, to see how we was. 10/10. I will definitely use them again InshAllah.
